The driver will be waiting for you either at the airport arrivals hall, holding a sign with the lead traveler's name written on it, or at your central Paris accommodation (depending on option selected).

What To Expect

Booking a shuttle transfer between the Disneyland® Resort Paris and either the city of Paris or one of the city's international airports takes the stress out of getting around at the beginning or end of your trip. Climb into a comfortable hybrid car or minivan, depending on the size of your group, and avoid taxi meters and the hassle of public transport.

When booking your transfer, please be prepared to share your flight arrival/departure information, or details of your Paris hotel. Hotels in the city center with postcodes between 75001-75020 are covered by this service. Your booking will be confirmed instantly, at which point you'll receive a travel voucher to present to your driver.

Prices quoted are per person, based on eight adults per automobile.

Please note: Transfers are typically available from 4am-11pm daily, but on December 24 and December 31 the available hours are 4am-6pm.

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Infants can be booked on this transfer if customers bring their own baby seat. Please note that supplier doesn't provide baby seats and won't accept infants without baby seats.
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
  • Non-collapsible wheelchairs are not accepted
  • As Arrival and Departure info in compulsory to book, please state N/A in the option you are not choosing.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This is my third transfer with Viator. Very disappointing that twice I was waiting at the airport for more than 30 Minutes. The timing should be more precise when all The information about flight arrival is easily available by mobile phone.

There was a hiccup with the initial driver due to a flight delay & longer than expected time processing thru Customs at CDG airport. The backup driver was friendly, responsive, & patient as we made our way into Paris. The driver of the return trip was good as well.

Bad experience. Pickup was late 30+ minutes which may be kind of OK if it weren't for the fact that they were radio silent and unresponsive throughout. They only reached out when they arrived to the airport... when we were already waiting for a confirmed Uber Van. Ended up cancelling the Uber van for a €15 cancellation fee instead of dealing with trying to get a refund from Viator for the €120 booking. To make things more interesting... we had only booked a 1-way ride to our destination (Orly->Disney Paris). So a couple of days later I was shocked when we were about to return from Disney to Orly and were again waiting for an Uber van... and the same transfer company I booked from Viator called me to tell me that the van was waiting there for me! Even though I hadn't booked a return trip!... So, they were late and unresponsive for the actual booking, and then showed up fro a trip I never booked! Just use Uber or some other service where you can actually call someone and where they actually pick up the phone.

I am sorry to hear about this – however I would suggest that if you did book through Airport Van then you contact our customer service department who will be happy to look into this for you . They would require you to provide the unique booking reference number . Guest feedback both positive & negative is always welcome .

Driver did not show. They called to say they would be 15-20 minutes late. By 25 minutes late I called the ParisShuttle office and got no answer. So I called an Uber. All the delay cost me thirty minutes of extra magic time at Disneyland Paris. Super lame.

No feedback from the transportation service (phone disconnected) on time they will come. Viator did nothing to reimburse us when we asked how the driver knew what time to show up. Took 3 international phone calls with viator to get them to do anything. Their answer was wait and if he doesn’t show we can reimburse you then. Driver did end up showing though 20 min late and we paid for a van and got a small car. Jammed my family in it and made it to Disney. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

we were picked up at 9AM. Driver was on time but did not know how to get to Disneyland. It took him 85 minutes to find this place of course using our help. The worst happened on the return which they did not show up after making us wait for additional hour from original scheduled time of 3PM. I called them at least 5 times and was told driver is late due to traffics. They finally called me back at 4 and asked me to take metro since the station was nearby. Please think twice before booking for this service.

The journey from our hotel to Disney was not that great. The driver was asking too many questions relating to our transport arrangement to the airport, kept pushing to sell his company's service. When we told him we have already booked the transfer, he asked which company did we book from. He driving skill was not very desirable. And he gave us the wrong information on the pick up location back to the city from Disney. In the end we waited 30 minutes and realised we were waiting at the wrong place. I have to say the journey back from Disney was a lot more comfortable. The driver was skilled in his driving, focused, and polite.

Driver was not waiting with a sign as advertised and was 20 minutes late arriving. We had to find another Parishuttle greeter to call the office and find out where to meet the driver. When we finally connected with our driver he was very courteous and the trip was much quicker than advertised.

Viator found better pricing on transfers than other sources, sometimes by hundreds of Euros. I would recommend this service. Only challenges, phone numbers provided may not have English on the other side as a language, which makes it difficult to find out where your driver is located when late. You may also be required to 'contact' the shuttle service upon arrival at the airport, which again brings into issue the phone numbers cause. I also had issues with the App working consistently in France. I would use this service again.
