A very bad rain storm (and lost cab) caused us to be two minutes past boarding. Passengers noticed us standing at the dock as they sat in the port and the crew ignored us. A man carrying a flag who worked for the cruise looked at us approach the boat and just walked away without further acknowledging us. Two workers in a booth tried to charge us an additional 100 euros to board the next cruise after already paying 278 euros for the initial cruise. Not one employee tried to help us. All three dock side staff were incredibly nonchalant and unkind. We were treated very poorly!

DO NOT pay for this cruise I'm a tourist i depend on uber to arrive so i arrived 10 minutes before the cruise left and they did not let me board and they did not even give me my refund they are not thoughtful with the customer literally they don't care about you

Better book yourself by the river shore, cheaper and you get what you really pay

Also for what was included they made us pay. We showed to them they did not recognize the viator inclusions at all and said to contact viator after to solve it. When contacting viator, viator support said will contact them and if they give permission to refund they will refund. In the end not any answer received at all. Will check with the bank what to do. They destroyed our evening.

It seemed like a great cruise but we were left behind along with 8 other people. We literally watched them pull away as they waved us goodbye. And the best part is no refund (we spent 860 dollars on this). They could only offer to rebook another day for an additional 40 euros per person. Of course. it was our last day in France so that was not an option. They didn't care. Neither did Viator. I have used Viator for years on my vacations but Europe was absolutely the last time. From now on I am booking direct even if it cost a little extra. For the convenience and customer service.

Tourist trap get you on board then start selling you everything. Food was ok. The appetizers was good though the gave you no choice as was advertised After paying close to €140 you would think you would have to pay €8 for a coke.

I had to pay an extra $80 for new reservation. I missed my original reservation due to many roads being closed due to Tour de France. When I showed up the following day for my reservation I found it to be extremely hot on the boat. Very poor air circulation. Service was sub par.
