Air con is required on warmee days and a shaded seating area.
So, not recommended if you have difficulty going up and down steps, but else a great way to see all the major attractions along the Seine.
If you don't get off the boat, it's under two hours if that's all you have.

We used this a lot. We took several loops to get the layout of Paris first then to go from one place to another. We also rode the last loop of the night from Eiffel Tower so we could see Paris lights. The tour does not provide info on the sites you are seeing and does not have WiFi.

I can't review my 2 day Batobus experience because while waiting on the boat on our first afternoon here, we realized after an hour and half that Batobus was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Viator still booked our 2 day pass.

Do not book with Viator! The sight seeing tour was not operating the day of our cruise. When I informed Viator and asked for a refund I was denied a refund. We waited for a hour before I finally called directly to the third party vendor and was informed. This was explained in great detail and Viator still is refusing to give me a refund. You can easily purchase tickets for experiences directly through the company that is locally providing the experience. You never know what will happen to make you miss an experience, and Viator has shown that they don’t care if it was for reasons out of your control. I even went back the next day, and they were still not operating. Why won’t Viator honor my request for a refund? Wait until you arrive to Paris before you purchase Seine river cruise tickets!!!! You can purchase tickets to other sights like the Eiffel Tower, louvre, catacombs, etc. And it is much cheaper. You don’t need skip the line tickets from Viator. I will tell everyone I know and don’t know about my experience with Viator until I get my money back! I am very frustrated and confused about this business practice.

Boat wasn't running so I would have given it a zero if I could. No communication from Batobus saying they would be closed. Walked a mile to dinner out. Was planning to use this to move between sites. Don't plan on this transportation. I did get my money back which was the only positive.

Perfect way to see city and avoid traffic. Easy to find and easy to navigate. Would recommend this as easy way to get familiar with Paris and the sites without the use of the Metro or car service for most part. We only used car service for late night in and out of Montmartre area. We got the 2 days tickets as it was only 2 euro more for second day and we’ll worth it!!!

Such a great way to experience the Seine. You won't get any tour guide description, just what each of the 9 stops are, but so much fun to just taxi around all the top sights and hop on and off as you like, all day long!

I payed for two days Booking ref: 955585680 Paris Seine River Hop-On Hop-Off Sightseeing Cruise. The second day the Cruise was off services. No Refund and very poor explanation. sadly I did my research too late This is overall review of Viator: Viator has a consumer rating of 1.37 stars from 57 reviews indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Viator ranks 148th among Tours sites.

This is a great way to see some of the most iconic parts of Paris from the River Seine, and the best is that you can hop on and off over 2 days. So the suggestion is to do this on your first day so you have plenty of time to enjoy the experience.

This made our weekend. Being able to hop on and off the Batobus enabled us to just sit back and take in the beautiful architecture along the Seine, but also hop off to take in more of the sights like the Notre Dame or Eiffel Tower. The boats were all well managed, clean and warm. Such a great experience.

No prior information that the vendor was on strike and that the sightseeing cruise is cancelled. There was no visual posting either that the vendor was on strike when we got to the area.
