Greatly enjoyed the Eiffel Tower tour. Our tour guide Marianna was most friendly and hospitable, she made the experience memorable. The Sienne river cruise was wonderful, with a beautiful view of Paris from an open perspective. Great experience!

Once in a life time experience to the top of the Eiffel Tower. The guides were very helpful. So much better to have someone arrange the entrance as it can be quite confusing. Lena was excellent giving advice and little facts on the Tower and it’s history. Highly recommended

Not a tour - just a ticket up the tower

I assumed that we would be getting into the tower early since the time on my ticket was 8:30 am but we had to stand in line and didn't get up until after 9:30. If the tour guide gave any kind of "tour" we missed it because once we got out of the elevator, everyone just went their own way and I never saw the tour guide again. The views from the tower are spectacular but you could just purchase a ticket directly from the tower for the same experience. We did enjoy the river cruise very much.

There was no experience. The eifel tower was closed. it was an ordeal to get a refund. Viator did very little to assist. The tour opertor offered a partial refund. We booked the combined siene river and eifel tower guided tour. The tour operator offered a 50% refund which was not adequate. I would never recommend either the tour operator or viator to anyone.

No tour and didn’t refund trip

The day we were scheduled to tour the effiel tower, the tower was delaying entry for unknown circumstances. Our tour guide was pleasent, we waited 2+ hours in line. Our tour guide was given word that it would be another 2+ hours until we could get in, and we could either reschedule or get a full refund. It was our last day to explore Paris and decided on the refund verse waiting 1/2 the day. We did get the boat cruise passes which was independent, not as a tour group or guide. I messaged the company about the refund, and they only issued a partial refund. $150 activity and only recieved $75 back. The cruise passes for 2 with the company booked are around $20. What we recieved and what we were refunded does not add up. They also probably got a group ticket discount. The tour guide said we would get fully refund (or at least I would expect all refunded except the cruise ticket, but this boat cruise was NOT $75). We wasted 2+ hours in line with no commentary from guide or anything, just waiting. This was unacceptable for something out the customers control and we also wasted our time. I would not book with the company again.
