Wait a meeting spot

Tour itself and guide were very good. One couple were 40 minutes late at meeting place. Guide insisted we must wait for them. Standing waiting at 80 years old was very difficult for me others also felt we should go. Very rude and May as well waited in line and saved$100 each
Guide not worth the trouble/cost

No advantage to having a guide, no line was skipped. Guide did not offer very much historical information. “Tour” stops after first elevator ride after pointing out a few sites with more vague information. Other guides were overheard doing any excellent narration full of interesting details, for example, how the elevator hydraulics work. Reading wikipedia on my own would have saved money & time. The logistics of meeting with a group slowed my visit down quite a bit without much benefit

I had specifically booked this tour since we wanted to have access to the summit via elevator. The day of the tour however the summit was closed due to windy conditions. Our tour guide was unable to give us any guidance about how to get a refund since we had paid significantly more to make sure that we would be able to get to the summit. The day after the tour I got in touch with Viator customer service and was told that they would look into the matter and get back to me within 72 hours. I has has been more than 96 hours with no response.

Our guide was really good. She was also good enough to wait for 4 people who turned up 15 minutes late from the allocated time for the tour so they would not miss out. She was very informative and considering just how crowded the whole place and tour was, and I mean we were packed in like sardines, she did an excellent job of keeping us together, giving us heaps of info about the tower and once we were at the top, about landmarks etc we could see as well

Sadly it wasn't a great experience, the tour guide was in a rush because she had another tour coming, I do not understand why would you book two tours so closed together, she did not explain anything about the tower just a few facts, she loses us in the elevator, it was crazy crowded, expensive tour, we went to the top, yeah great views but I think is overrated take some pictures from the Champs de Mars and do something else with your time

It was a nice experience, the view from top of Eiffle Tower was spectacular. Its better to plan the slots in the afternoon when its sunny to get the perfect view of city. The guide was friendly and informative, she dropped us at the elevator line. The wait time for the second floor elevator was more than 1 hour and for the summit elevator it was 45 minutes. Its better to carry water bottle and jacket as it was windy at summit.

Our guide Ami was great at getting us all in, skipping lines and educating us in a fun humorous manner. He gave us great tips about where to get the champagne and take pictures. We all had a great time! 2 young adults, 1 senior citizen and my husband and I in our party.

We had a good experience with the Eiffel Tower tour! The guide communicated with guests well and spoke English clearly . I was disappointed that the guide did not go with the group up to the tower and she got us through the lines and left us on our own. I also thought the tour was not a good value for services rendered
Not worth the money tour

This tour is not worth the money. It skips the security line at the entrance which wasn’t long to begin with. We had to wait 45 mins to the summit which wasn’t skip the line. The guide left at the second level and you were on your own to wait the 45 mins to the Summit. The tour started 15 mins late after they asked us to arrive 15 mins early. Do not use this tour group. So many other choices on trip advisor. I thought the more expensive tour meant a better tour. I was wrong.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT USE QUALIUM TOURS! Purchased our tickets through this site. Tour guide berated us for using Viator complaining that they take a big amount from their company as if that’s our fault or problem. She then said my 2 year old daughter who is free needs an adult ticket since this is the skip the line pass. Meanwhile, it’s clearly still free for kids 0-3 on this app and elsewhere. She tried to charge us another €100 which we didn’t accept but she delayed the entire group, pointed her finger at my wife and yelled like a crazy person. After ruining our experience and that of the group, seeing that we were not buying her lies, she provided us entrance. Also, skip the line is BS, you only skip a 20 minute line for tickets, but wait in all other lines for security and elevators. Viator WAS NOT helpful either when I called them for assistance.
