    Meet in the courtyard in front of the main entrance to the Musée d'Orsay. Your guide will be waiting for you at the foot of a large statue of an elephant. Arriving by metro: The nearest public transport is the RER on line C, stop Musée d'Orsay. Follow the exit signs to the museum. You can also take the metro line 12 and get off at Solferino. Take exit number 2 which is signposted Musee d'Orsay. When you exit, turn left and walk up the rue de Bellechasse to the museum.

Disappointed to not get a respose for cancellation.

Cancelled the scheduled am tour via email thru provider but the responsse i got wasthe email is full. 4 items were stolen from our room and we only realized it @ 1145 pm because we did ot get back at the hotel util 11 pm. We were at the police station until 415 in the morning and did not get back to the hotel until 430am. Spoke to the manager of the hotel at 10am, so we could not our scheduled tour. However, we were able to make the afternon tour at 240pm. I asked for a refund but i could not reach anyone.

We really enjoyed our tour guide at the D’Orsay. She related the art we saw to the political changes in France between the late 1700s to the early 1900s, thus giving us historic references. She was very knowledgable, and very enjoyable to listen to. Highly recommend!

There was a total of 3 people in my group including myself so we were able to see so much more. We weren't slowed down by having too many people which was nice. Very worth it to have a guide to explain the highlight pieces here.

This is a large museum with daunting amounts of space and art. Having the guided tour with easy access (no waiting at all) made it so accessible. Our guide, Inna, was knowledgeable and engaging. She organized the visit to show the evolution of pre-impressionists to post-impressionists emphasizing the relationships among the artists as well as style. You do not need to have a grasp of the works to come away appreciating it.. And you can enjoy this space itself, which, as a former train station, is awesome. Whether first time visit or 10th, having a tour like this with Inna makes it special.

Our tour guide was Christiine, who was very informative. She was able to point out pieces in exhibits and provide history and context to allow us to get a better understanding and appreciation of everything in the mueum. She made the experience quite enjoyable.

This was an excellent tour with Zdravco, he said just call him Z for short. He did a great job showing us the museum and had a background in art. This tour is definitely worth the money and the museum is amazing.

This tour was scheduled at 9:30. There were 17 people scheduled for this tour and only 6 people were present at 9:30. I felt the guide could have waited and given others at least a 5 min leeway as finding meeting areas can be challenging for tourists. The guides attitude was a bit rigid. There was no line so the skip the line was really probably not necessary until the afternoons. The guide was helpful and informative. I would recommend this tour.

The tour itself was wonderful. But, following the tour we were supposed to have unlimited access to the museum. This did not happen because we had to return to coat check WITH our guide to retrieve our coats and bags we not allowed reentry after leaving to get our coats. Poor planning and lack of knowledge on our guides part caused us to lose a portion of what we paid for in entry! Solution: All the bags in the group should have been checked separately not and one unit so each individual could leave as they wanted.

Our guide, Violet, made this tour amazing. We love the idea of seeing just the highlights, otherwise we might miss some really amazing pieces. My husband gasped when he saw Whistlers Mother. The best impressionist pieces there gave me goosebumps. Violet was highly educated in art history and told great stories about the art pieces we saw. Very nice tour, well worth the cost.
