      Excellent attraction with magnificent views over Paris. Ascent is challenging but there is a restricted access elevator all the way to the viewing platform Wasn’t too crowded when we were there and actually managed to gain a early entry with almost no waiting Highly recommended

      Was great to be able to just show up and enter. Skip the line access is ideal! Otherwise risk waiting in line for 1-2 hours. No elevator though! Walking up was not an easy task. Try to physically prepare for this because you will definitely lose your breath and work up a sweat just walking up to the top. One you’re at the top, the view makes it all worth it! I went at night so I could be up there when the Eiffel Tower sparkled. Great scenery! Highly recommended!

      It was nice to pass the line for tickets. The view was amazing! We were very pleased with the rooftop visit. I was concerned that, as a person with fear of heights, I would not be able to enjoy the view but I was able to peek between the bars.
      The Arc de Triomphe is a must see sight!

      The view from the top of the Arc de Triomphe was amazing at night especially when the Eiffel Tower started to twinkle! Breathtaking!

      Extremely disappointed in this tour it was not a tour at all. There was no guide. We did not meet up with anyone. We ended up going on our own and paid for it. I would like a refund. Don’t buy the tour go on your own they overcharged you and gave you nothing.

      I suggest you pick a late time slot so that you can be there for 6:30pm when they do a flag ceremony. It was very interesting to see.

      Excellent tour, lots of information available and a reasonable climb to awesome views (only mention the climb because it was 35 degrees). Worth the climb awesome views at the top 😀
      Beautiful View but beware the stairs if you are even a little out of shape. Take the lift!

      This was a fast efficient way to purchase the tickets. Didn't have to wait in line. However, I am not sure what the "Priority" part of the title is supposed to include. There was supposed to be wristbands distributed once you get to the top of the stairs. We never received them as they were randomly distributed. Also, if you aren't in shape do not attempt the stairs. It's a one person single, spiral stairs to the top. Difficult for you to stand aside for others to pass by. You may request to use the lift right as you are entering the stairwell (as the doorman). Once on top the views is exceptional!

      This was a great opportunity to skip the ticket line. More information of how to get to the Arc de Triomphe entrance would have been appreciated, Such as the corner with the underground walk way. The ticket was for the general admission. We were not sure if there was a different entrance for skip the line. We were sold pre purchased entrance tickets. It would have been good to describe this in the ticket description. We had a great time once we figured out where and how.

      We had a times entry with skip the line access. The whole process was very easy, smooth and quite quick. There are heaps of steps to reach the roof top, so make sure you wear comfortable shoes and are prepared for a hike. Fantastic view from the top, heaps of room to move around ( unlike the Eiffel Tower )

      Bad experience. E-mail was received. But to get tickets by phone it said Bad e-mail. Viator will.not refund. Do not use viator.
      Book direct with the Arc de Triomphe

      Our tickets were cancelled with no correspondence, I had to phone the call centre to ask why they were not sent to me, they could not give us any more tickets for 4 more days. So we booked on the Arc de Triomphe site direct for a quarter of the price and gained access to the roof top on the same day and time they cancelled on us. Still waiting on a refund. Do not use Viator. This was the second purchased tickets on the same day we lost money on. Terrible company.
      Time of tour changes but had enough notice to change our schedule.

      Very straightforward process. Only reason not 5 stars is the time of our tickets was changed a couple of days before so we had to rearrange our schedule. We were a little late for the new time but no issue.
