Tour guide did nothing- no information- nothing!

While we got to ‘Skip the line’ with the help of our guide, that was where her work ended. She told those of us who had tickets to the summit to get in line as soon as we got to the second floor because “we might have to wait 45 minutes if we miss our time slot.” She gave us no history, no facts, no information at all. Once we got in line, we waited for over 45 minutes but never saw her again after getting out of the elevator. There was no tour.

Our hostess - Sabrina was very friendly and informative. This was worth every penny. We went straight through and up to the summit. At 19:30 in the evening there were still queues for people who didn’t have the skip the line access.

The gent who met us and provided our passes was very friendly and accommodating. Really didn’t make sense to meet him away from the tower though. The visit to the tower was as expected. No information or history was provided so we just went on our own.

I am very disappointed in this company. I admit that we were unavoidably delayed because of traffic from airport. However, given that it was only by 5-6 mins, which was partially due to the fact that the meeting point was NOT at the Eiffel Tower (as expected), but instead at a café located a good 10 min walk away (which was also NOT communicated clearly), they should have offered to either reschedule our tour for a different day/time (with small reschedule fee) or offered a partial refund. I understand they couldn’t give a full refund, (because of the admission tickets) but to just say screw you and keep your money, NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Total waste of time, there was no benefit to buying these tickets in advance. I watch people walk up purchase a ticket and get in front of us in line. It was a waste of 2 hours meeting the guide walking to the venue when all you needed to do was go directly to the tower buy your tickets and enter. It was very informative that he could explain why the tower was painted brown, and that’s about it.

Be prepared to spend hours in multiple lines.

Went to the Eiffel summit on 9/8/23. Happened to be 94• so standing in line extra miserable. Tour meet up at 7 pm - Left Eiffel at 10:30 pm. The summit is incredible but spent maybe 10-15 min max at top. All the other 3.5 hrs spent in multiple lines. Way too many tickets being sold. Essentially, you have to want it bad or the lines are intolerable.

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE!! Save your money!!! Go yourself You meet far from the Eiffel Tower. The guide explains nothing and walks you to the gate!! You wait on line like cattle. No “skip the line”. Worse tour ever!!!! We requested our money back and no response!!

We don't promise our tours as skip the line tickets because, there is no skip the line tickets at the Eiffel Tower. The tickets we provide are the professional tickets and these are not sold to the individuals. You have to wait the long line for the tickets sold on the spot first to buy it, then you have to go for a 2nd line and wait the entrance for a while again. You are not using the same entrance to the tower with our proffessional tickets. It seems you have got the service and we cannot any refund in this case.

Amazing experiences. The only weird part was meeting outside of a restaurant to walk over. There was really no place to stand and really no signs.

What's not to love about the Tour Eiffel? What a fantastic experience, taking the elevator up to the summit and having a glass of Moet & Chandon Champagne!! Note, this is really not a "tour" rather a tour guide giving you a few history points on the tower, taking you to the GROUP Entrance, which really was sort of a "Skip the Long Line"! Once she brought us through quickly, she left for us to enjoy all the levels of the Eiffel. It is pretty organized once you get in, even with hundreds of tourists. We had to wait about 15 minutes, though, to get to the summit, as there is a limit of 300 people. Also note, you can spend as much time as you want once there! Amazing engineering feat, while taking a video riding up the elevator with several large windows! We paid more $ than booking directly with the Eiffel website, but it was worth it, because 6 months ago it was already sold out! Some of these tours have tickets in advance, so it's usually not a problem. Highly recommend using this "tour" because it allows you to go through the group entrance. Also, we decided on an evening time, at 8:30pm, to witness a spectacular sunset, and a view of the "City of Lights"! Amazing!

It’s great to observe the Eiffel Tower up close…..walking underneath it is amazing. Seen from afar gives no indication of how massive a structure it is. The summit experience was expensive, over crowded and very disappointing. Yes the views are great but really, in my opinion not much better than the second level. Don’t waste your money….just go to the second level. So over crowded and commercial.

It was very smooth experience, no hassle for long ques, the tour guide Danyl was very clear. and explained it in an elaborate way to make our experience better. The only thing was that we were not aware how Viator works with tickets. The tickets are available on the booked time 15 minutes ahead and delivered by the tour guide who accompanies you until you board the elavator ro Eiffel.Do don’t get worried if you don’t receive the e tickets on booking

Total waste of time and money! I would not recommend this to anyone! They had us waiting in line at a designated area to receive our vouchers before walking to the Eiffel Tower where we again met a huge line up. Still don’t know what the service was for???? I paid $150 per ticket for the summit and never got to the top. Don’t think this service helped one bit. Go to the tower on the morning and purchase your own tickets. No need for an in-between person to buy your tickets. Tip, go in the morning and be first in line. Did this with the Louvre and had no issues.

viator must be scalping summit tickets to the Eiffel.

We got on to the viator site because there were no tickets left that day for the summit, and this was months before our trip. We paid to viator 221.82 USdollars for 2 tickets which are normally about $30 for adults and $8 for kids. If you go to the Eiffel website the tickets to the summit are always sold out. On the viator site, there is no option for children, so you have to buy an adult ticket. viator then sends you a vague email which is difficult to understand, but on the day of your ticket, you try to get to a restaurant corner several blocks from the tower to meet someone who will give you your tickets. If you are a bit late, which we were (it was difficult to find the restaurant), you will miss the person with the tickets. When you call some number, the person on the phone must be somewhere else in the world and can't explain where you must go to find the person with the tickets. You have to upload a picture of yourself so that you can be identified. By this time, you realize that viator has bought all the summit tickets and is scalping them, that this is a somewhat shady business. When and if you find the person with the tickets, she will then pass them from her phone to your phone, and voila. You can go to the summit.

In order to better serve our customers, our office is open from 9 am to 10:30 pm Paris Local Time. We have already stated in the meeting information we sent you the day before the tour day that we cannot guarantee your entry if you are late. You should read the information sent to you. If you didn't understand, you should have contacted us. It is normal to encounter problems if you do not arrive at the meeting point on time. However, we still try our best to meet you with the guide under the tower. The guides give you a print out of your tickets. However, they produce the most effective solution for late customers like you. Therefore, this review provide the incorrect information about our service.
