Our tour guide was fabulous at bringing the entire history of Normandy Beach to life. His knowledge and demeanor was outstanding. He was patient and kind while answering a myriad of questions throughout the day. He was definitely the reason the entire trip was a success.

Most memorable were the cliffs and beaches along with the battlefields. Amazing that they were able to prevail under those circumstances! The cemetery was so powerful and a beautiful dedication to those who served and gave their ultimate sacrifice!

Tour was awesome! A must see for any WW II history buff! The guide, Richard, was equal parts informative and pleasant. Soaked up some of the Normandy culture as well, having lunch in a local restaurant and doing a cider tasting at a little local shop as well!

Seeing the location of the beginning of the liberation of Europe brings home the history of the events. You’ll be surprised at the width of the beaches and the challenges overcome in June 1944. The visit to the US Cemetery at Omaha Beach is moving and the grounds are impeccably cared for. Our guide was very knowledgeable and is certainly a subject matter expert.
