Comprehensive DDay experience all in one day, convenient travel from Paris

This was my second visit to most of the places we visited on this tour, but I still learned more about D Day. I brought two friends with me this time, and we had some great moments. Guillaume was an especially wonderful guide.

Our tour guide, Ryan, was incredible! The cemetery and walk on Omaha Beach was a moving experience. Seeing the bunkers and guns and imagining the what happened all those years ago gave us a lot to think about. Also, seeing the craters caused by the bombs dropping was mind boggling.

Being in a small group made the trip so much more worth it. There was a lot more flexibility which made the trip so much more personal. We got to know our guide and the other 4 people really well. Great option if departing from Paris. It fits all the important items I to one day. The stop at the Overlord Museum was excellent. The historical descriptions and narrative is is not the focus, but you’ll see everything you may want on a convenient trip. The guide was very pleasant.
