What To Expect

Make your way to a departure point at the edge of the Seine River, then present this voucher for a Champagne cruise—boats depart every 30- to 45-minutes. Board the river boat, visit the bar to pick up two glasses and a half bottle of French Champagne, then find a comfortable seat with views of the picturesque Seine River banks.

Keep your camera ready as you drift past views of the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre Museum, taking in the imposing Notre Dame Catheral on the Île de la Cité, a river island in the middle of the city.

Disappointed that this was a regular tour with tons of noisy high school kids and then we were handed champagne. The description made it seem more adult orientated. Not romantic at all.

Nighttime in Paris is spectacular, particularly from the Seine. Unfortunately, adding the Champagne option Is not worth it. The experience itself consists of going to their store after checking your ticket and being handed a small, personal champagne bottle. You are then shown to the regular siteseeing boat to choose a seat. There were 6 of us so we ended up sitting in 2 separate rows. SAVE your Euros and just buy the regular boat cruise without the extras. It's not worth the extra money.

I am sorry that you did not find what you were looking for in our service. On the other hand, nowhere in the presentation of this cruise with Champagne it is marked that places have been reserved for you, nor that our rows can accommodate more than 6 people (the boats have a length and a width, which we are not yet able to modify according to the needs of our customers). Equipped with a bottle of Champagne, our clients can toast the Seine and Paris while the monuments pass before their eyes: romanticism is the order of the day! Best regards,

Cruise was fine although sound system was hard to hear at different spots on the boat. Viator had a different time than the company . And there wasn't champagne.

Departed late nowhere to sit while waiting no one told us how late it was gonna be ,where I was sitting upstairs you couldn't really hear the tourist guide (not because people were chatting it was silent)all of a.sudden as we left the boat had to pullover to.let 3 people off we didn't know what was happening no.communication ,there was also a long time with no tourist guide talking maybe understandably there wasn't much around but surely.you can talk about paris anyway I will use.you again because I know that it's not your fault but the company that you use.in that country

The sights were stunning but this tour is not as advertised. You are on a 1000 person boat (full capacity) there was a lot of pushing & shoving to get to the best seats. It was packed to the brim. Extremely disappointing

It was a great experience. We went at night and really enjoyed the views. A few notes for future travelers: if you order the Champaign tour you have to get your ticket at the front window, scan it to go in through turnstile then to the gift store. Show them your ticket and they will give you the Champaign. You do not get regular glasses but a spout to drink out of the bottle with. It was a little different but still great! We recommend going at night to see the lights of the city!

This was a not as expected. I purchased the tour with Champaign however we never received it. The tour in itself was good but ver disappointed tono receive the Champaign. When I asked they did not know what I was talking about.

The photo promoting this cruise is misleading. We had to drink out of the bottle. Not from a glass as advertised. I assumed when I bought the tickets I did not have to q again to get tickets which was the case. My daughter has autism and cannot handle ques or crowds well. Not to mention the row that erupted when people tried to skip the q. I would of just bought the tickets in site if I was aware. The cruise itself was magical the promotion by yourselves was misleading

The overall boat ride was beautiful! The wait to enter the boat was a little much. We received one small bottle of moet and had to wait 20 mins before boarding. It was a packed crowd so there was some slight pushing. But once we reached the top deck it wasn't that bad. The cruise gives you some great sites of the Seine and the Eifel tower at night. It was very cold after a while but luckily the main inside level was heated. A great way to see paris at night!

Very nice view of paris.the ruise is on time.viator is very good.staff were all efficienct and kind.do not expect that there will be tossing of wine.you will just get your champagne at the shop before you ride for a cruise.not recommend to get a sparkling champagne.

The cruise was full of kids of a school trip being loud and smoking on the boat. Would not recommend. You couldn't hear any of the history information because it was so loud.
