What To Expect

Choose an entry time when booking; meet your host near the Eiffel Tower a half hour prior to your scheduled time. 

With your group, stroll the short distance to one of the world's busiest monuments. Bypass the long lines and head straight for the elevators, enjoying speedy and stress-free access to the second floor. Step out with your host to take in some of the best panoramic views in Paris from the viewing platform, 375 feet (114 meters) above the ground. Get a basic orientation to the sights and landmarks visible from your vantage point from your host, then explore the area at your leisure. Snap photos of the Louvre, Les Invalides, Sacré Coeur, and the Champ de Mars, among other standout Parisian highlights. 

After you've had your fill of the second level, proceed to the summit, where you can toast your trip with Champagne from the bar and view Gustave Eiffel's private apartments.

Just remember to arrive about 20 minutes before scheduled time and all attractions have security checks, so travel light.
Queues can get a bit long but worth the (not too long) wait
It can get a little scary but I would only say, don't look down.

The tour guid was very knowledgeable and great speaker. Issue was, for the price, we did not skip the line and did not get to go to the top. I am not sure if we will get a refund but we have submitted for a refund. I not sure what line we skipped, we still were in two long lines, one to get into the park and on for the elevator. It appeared the general ticket line for 18E was quicker and shorter.

Great location with large waiting room. Sebastian was fabulous … patient, very competent in getting us thru all gates and managed to place us in good photography areas when we were on the Tower. Entertaining and gave us great info.

Sebastian from Argentine was a fabulous tour guide. He expertly guided us through the crowds, through the security lines and to the lift. Once we were up on the second level, he walked us around and pointed out various monuments and areas of Paris. He shared interesting history, stories and information and did a great job answering our questions. We thought the experience would be very touristy, but going up to the top of the Eiffel Tower was a highlight of our trip and going with the Skip-The-Line tour and Sebastian, made it stress free and very enjoyable.

Guide was knowledgeable and fun! Summit was closed and we were refunded that amount. Disappointed we didn’t make it to the top, but not in our control. Skip the line was smooth! Would recommend 🤗

Good tour with lots of info. Salima was an excellent guide and provided added insight. Most of the tour is on your own. It would be nice if an extra itinerary or info was given out to take to top with you since guides cannot accompany you.

All good. Well organized. Guide was GREAT. Skipping the line - also GREAT. Champagne in the Eiffel Tower with my wife? Perfect. We had plenty of time to see things, guide explained things, it was easy.

Awesome experience. Definitely worth the extra money for a tour guide and access to the top (sommet). I enjoyed listening about the history and getting to see all of Paris! Easy to find the guide as well.

Summit was closed. The tour last 30 minutes. The tickets that they gave us was for 24 euros and we paid 175 for the tour. The company said that they couldn’t refund our money.

The Eiffel Tower was closed due to a strike. The tour company did not bother to inform us, or anyone that I am aware of, of such. We need a refund due to such please.

I was not able to get a ticket to the top of the tower on line and I did not want to wait. This ticket was way overpriced for the experience.

Our tour guide Salema was great!! She was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with her. She went out of her way to make sure we were informed and answered all of our questions. The only thing we were dissatisfied with is that we paid for a tour to the Summit but because of a labor strike in Paris , access to the top was closed. We were told we would get a refund for that portion so I hope we get it. Otherwise it was fantastic.
