Buses run daily from 9:30am to 6.30pm from April to October and from 9:30am to 4.30pm from November to March. Frequency at the stops is every 15 minutes. Upon first validation on board the bus your ticket is valid 24, 48 or 72 hours according to the option chosen. We highly recommend customers to download the Tootbus app to follow the buses in real time, see the points of interest, access the audio commentary and enjoy self-guided walking tours.

Great way to get to know Paris. Easy to find boarding points. Good audio for adults kids. Price was right. Enjoyed the Seine River cruise too.

Go with the another hop on hop off company

At one stop it took more than one hour for a bus to come while there was at least 8 buses from the other operator that came thru. I would go with the other operator next time.

Total waste of money.

We spoke to a Viator agent and explained we wanted to take the cruise the night before we took the toot bus. She said we’d have to buy a 2 day pass. Problem was that the cruise tickets were obtained from the bus driver, but they had quit running by the time we arrived. Then she said we couldn’t get a refund because it was less than 24 hours notice. But we had just booked them because she told us to. She did try to call them but they were closed. She said she’d email them and copy me but that didn’t happen. We tried to call when we arrived in Paris close to 6 pm but they were closed. So, no cruise for the 2 day pass we bought. Additionally the address for the pickup at the Opera House, even though it was typed on the itinerary was wrong. We spent a lot of time looking for the toot bus and were at least happy we were going to get to see Notre Dame, but the bus didn’t even go by Notre Dame, even though it was on the itinerary. We saw it from a couple of blocks away only.

One extra bus one the route would increase more comfort. Very friendly bus drivers, why change tickets at the seine cruise long line upfront the ticket office. Extra signing Tootbus starting point cruise. Kids audio bus good

Todo bien. Muchos autobuses por lo que no había casi tiempo de espera. En el barco un paseo muy agradable. Aunque solo daban las explicaciones en inglés y francés. Por lo que había que ir con el audioguia.

Der Bus war leider zu voll. Es gab keine Einlasskontrolle. Wir hatten ein Kind im Rollstuhl dabei. Dafür ist die Tour nicht geeignet. Ich würde sie für Erwachsene empfehlen.
