Sadly disappointing

This is not our first river cruise. The previous was wonderful. The check in process could be better. Standing in a long line to get in another line to then be told which boat you were on could be streamlined. Just send a notification in advance telling people which boat to go to. Paying for a premium table to sit extremely close to the couple next to you was not ideal. The orange lighting prevented anyone from taking nice pictures. The food was terrible. The crab was not edible. The veal was cold and tough to cut. The only thing that kept this from being terrible was the great on board service we received from our server. I wish I remembered his name. He made the experience entertaining.

I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone who wants to enjoy a romantic evening in Paris. The food was excellent and Bateaux Parisiens is to be commended for serving such high quality food on a highly popular cruise that was packed. The service was superb and the atmosphere warm and inviting. A five star evening!
