My friend and I, both experienced riders, really enjoyed our 3 p.m. afternoon 2 hour ride on Tuesday 29 August. What lovely and very responsive horses you have at the ranch and friendly wranglers. I was riding on Oscar, my friend on Captain. Very forward going horses, joys to ride and you just know that they are happy.
We enjoyed the easy going ride to enjoy the horseback riding and gorgeous nature, but would have loved a little bit of trotting. However, there were two inexprienced riders in our group so we understand that this wouldn't be a safe thing to do.
There were pictures taken of us, unfortunately we didnt received these yet despite asking for them by email. We hope that we van still receive them. My friend has send a reminder.
If you enjoy a very relaxing horseback ride on very lovely and well mannered horses, then i would definetaly recommend.

Serene Mountain Horseback Riding

I took my best friend to experience the serenity of the mountains on horseback, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were so friendly and the horses were well-trained and relaxed all throughout the ride. Definitely would recommend and I plan on going back sometime for sure.

Wonderful ride with my two teen daughters. They were able to reschedule us to a different time last minute as we had an unexpected scheduling issue, which we really appreciated. The horses were sound, solid, and well-cared for, with a knowledgeable and friendly guide. Got to ride through a shallow but rushing river, which we all loved! Thank you for the great experience!

Nice trail ride through forest and a river. Never ridden in water so that was fun. The horses are well looked after and easy to ride. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable.

Fabulous experience, we have previously done horse riding trips but the Pemberton one by far our best. Going through the river on the horses was great also.

By far the best thing in both Whistler and Pemberton!!!
Kind patient people, cute funny horses, breathtaking scenery. They even sent us photos. We did one hour tour and we can’t wait to do more someday! We went to North Arm Farm to eat and feed cute animals after. Also beautiful and highly recommend.

A Very Good Trail Ride

Our group of four riders was led by Tanya on a Sunday morning. We were a varied group of adults, some with experience, some without. Tanya did a great job of matching riders to her horses, explaining the basic 'control techniques' that their horses are trained for, and asking during the ride what we'd like to do in terms of gait speed. The route was varied and lovely, along some hay fields, beside rivers, through wooded areas and also into a river just up to the horses' knees. She had explained what to do if we saw wildlife, and we put it in to practice when a mama black bear and two cubs were ahead of us as we came into a clearing. What a treat! Kudos to Tanya and the owners...the horses were well behaved, responsive and well cared for! A very nice ride!
