Adam was great, he was on time and made me feel welcome. You can tell as soon as the tour starts he loves the Philadelphia story, he likes to share it in a way you want to learn more. He took the time to answer questions and let me know where I could find a good Philadelphia cheesesteak. Definitely would recommend Adam to lead the tour especially when your time in town is limited.

The tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and welcomed any questions; specifically, I remember the relationship between Quakers and Philly; that Betsy Ross should be known for more than the US flag; how George Washington beat the law by taking his slaves out of town so the slave clock re-begin; shadow houses and just how progressive Philly was back in the 1800s

Having done quite a few different tours in my weeks stay in DC. This ranks as the least interesting and not the best and not up my street. Female guide wasn’t really engaging, didn’t really know answers to questions. Couldn’t walk down a historic Elfreths Alley which some of did anyway and was really interesting. No idea why guide couldn’t walk up the street and talk at same time. Not a great tour and better out there

The guide we used lacked knowledge, was very politically inclined everywhere we went (even when the place or story did not call for it), was a poor story teller. He said very little, with no detail and my kids knew more about the places than him. Even they were disappointed. If the guide was different, the tour may have been much better. Instead, it was dry, self-serving and completely plain.

We went to so many great spots. Our guide shared very interesting facts. Seeing The Ghost House architecture display where Franklin lived was so unique. The Welcome Park showing the city grid by W. Penn was cool. Of course Independence Hall was neat. I loved it.
