Professionalism to the end

Verified that the ride was a go at 11am the day before. Then at 5 pm got an email canceling. So much for my surprise anniversary gift to my guy.

We're sorry to hear that your flight with us was cancelled. However, Mother Nature often has plans of her own that will not allow us to fly. It's not unusal that a flight is still a go at 11am and then cancelled by 5pm, which is why we notify our passengers everywhere that hot air ballooning is extremely weather dependent, and to have backup dates available. We hope that you'll give hot air ballooning another try, as it is quite a breathtaking experience.

The entire experience was streamlined and efficient, thanks to John and the rest of the crew. Our journey had great weather and no issues and was very enjoyable. John was very funny and easygoing. I highly recommend if it you’re in the Phoenix area; great for kids and elderly (as long as you can step into the basket).

The whole experience was absolutely amazing but the best part for me was taking up to the skies and having that birds eye view of all the landscape. It was very peaceful and felt completely safe in the hands of our experienced pilot, Alan. Would love to do another one, one day and next time a sunset balloon ride.
