It got canceled 3 times and the 3 rd time we wasted 3.5 hours of our day until it got canceled again. The family was upset and now again we’re waiting to see if the sunrise flight is taking off and still haven’t heard from anyone.

This was my first time in a hot air balloon. It was Fantastic! My first time being up close to an actual balloon and it was thrilling! I was amazed at how fast inflation was. Our pilot Jesse was great. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

The whole experience from booking, to showing up to the facility, to helping set up the balloon, to actually riding in a hot air balloon was amazing. It was a bucket list activity and my wife who is afraid of heights felt super comfortable and had an amazing time. We would definitely do this again!

Scary landing

It took over an hour for the company to find a location that they could launch from. When we went to land, we were not able to and had to find another location, and literally crash landed from 800 feet, to an open field in someones back yard. We skidded and tipped at least three times and people were hurt on the landing. It was unnerving and I wouldnt do it again.

To give a better understanding of the situation, we have multiple launch locations that we use each day depending on the wind direction and sometimes have to go further out where the weather is better for flight and while we know it isn’t ideal, we want to make sure our passengers have the best flight possible. With landing, it is always a possibility that the balloon will tip, with the weight of the balloon itself holding heat and becoming heavier than the basket and passengers. Our pilots go over the proper landing position to prevent any major injuries if the basket does tip. For this reason as well, we recommend all our passengers are comfortable with the following physical requirements: 1. can stand unassisted for the roughly one hour flight, 2. Can withstand an impact similar to jumping from a chair to the ground, and 3. can swing their legs up and over the side of the basket to get in. Again, we are very sorry that we were not able to give you the bucket list worthy experience you had hoped for.

Truly a once in a lifetime experience! The ride was extremely smooth and it was so surreal to see the sunset and all the other hot air balloons floating nearby. The only thing I’ll say is that dinner was not included like it says in the description. It was just some snacks like chips, cookies, etc to grab on our way out. However, we had the best time and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!! The guides were so friendly and knowledgeable.

Description misleading

So calming. The pilot, Morghon, was great. This is a must for everyone!!!! The description for this adventure included "Enjoy a traditional champagne toast and catered food after the flight". We did enjoy a champagne toast, however, there was nothing catered. SOOOOOOOO misleading. Expected a meal when we got back and all that was there were some picked over small packs of chips, cookies, etc. They need to take that off their website.

Check this one off of your bucket list. Amazing experience, smooth ride and outstanding views. Our operator, Al, was experienced and knowledgeable. Champagne toast at sunset is a nice touch. The only thing that would improve the experience would be to have less than 10 people in the basket. 8 would have greatly improved the experience. 10 was tight.

The flight itself was disappointing. It seems like the van trip to the departure area was longer than the flight. The flight was low altitude over a couple of subdivisions and then landed. Very disappointed. Very over priced.
