The tour guide was great! Very nice and informative. When we arrived, we were told the tour had started 15 minutes before we were scheduled to be there. Also the meeting point was a large piazza, so more pointed directions would have been helpful. Additionally, the tour was run, not by Viator, but by another company, so it would have been helpful to know that company's name so that we could have looked for their sign and name tags. We were looking for the name Viator. It was only when a tour organizer stopped us and said our name that we stopped. The accurate time, location, and name would have been helpful. But the tour guide herself was perfect.

This tour lasted 50 mins and the guide was very poor. It is definitely not worth £42 as you can but the entry tickets for £25 abs the guide didn’t add anything. Don’t waste your money

We really enjoyed visiting Pisa however it was very confusing where to meet by the arch when there’s so many arches. So we missed the part of the tour which included the guide explaining things but they did call and locate us and got us into the tower which was so much fun. Then we took our own walk and found a deli and had the most delicious sandwich ever. Highly recommend I Porci ComopI for a sandwich

We had walking tours in Rome, Venice and Florance and they were excellent. This was by for the worst. The guide English was very bad and he was hard to understand. He was not engaging and provided very little history. We could have learned more just be reading the various plaques. I would not recommend this tour and would go as far as saying I would like our money back.

The tour was interesting and informative. I found that it was difficult to find my tour guide, the instructions said the piazza but we actually met on the other side of the arch and I found the guide by chance asking someone for help. I say this realising I am in Italy but I found the guide a little hard to understand due to his strong accent.

We went during a very hot time of year in early August, so to get there early (to be right on time and ready to go) it was upsetting to find that our tour guide was running late and that our tour would end up starting at close to 4pm instead of 3:15pm as stated on our voucher. We were also not told that our actual climbing of the tower wouldn’t start until 5pm and in no way could be done sooner. Myself and several others in my group could not stay for the climbing of the tower due to train schedules etc. So we were very upset. Climbing Pisa was a once in a life time for me and I am still upset about this...

the only reason not to give it 5 stars is that we would have been required to stow my wife's purse in order to go into the tower. Also the tour started with a delay which didn't give us enough time for us to climb the tower and catch our train back to Rome.

The only reason to book this walking tour of Pisa is for the skip the line pass. Even with this tour you are still assigned a time to enter the tower, you do not truly skip any lines. There was nothing else that was of use for this tour.

The arrangements were a bit shambolic to start with. There were nearly one hundred people joining from different tours and the three guides had difficulty giving people their radio guides. Once the tour started it was well worth it and our lady guide was very informative and helpful

I came to Pisa to go up the tower. The tour was a little slow getting starting as we had to wait for another group to arrive, then get sorted out into two smaller groups. Once things were finally organized though it ent very well. The guide was very good and got us to the Tower in good time to be able to visit the tower. The view from the top of the Leaning Tower makes everything worthwhile, even the winding walk up! Great trip!

Pisa was a nice place to visit, but to be honest, once you have done the Leaning Tower there isn't much more to see or do I know thats a bad thing to say The tour was great - you meet under the arch near McDonalds - the tour just turn up as they must be doing something else beforehand. Our guide was very informative and led us around well. Then you climb the tower - to the very top - it was great although difficult on the legs!! Great fun! You must do this in PISA!
