Avoid: hard to navigate and low quality

This is not a good audioguide. It Is almost impossible to do it in anything other than the suggested route. So if you want to go around your own wayz you can't hop back and forth from snippet to snippet. If you click on search then it quite often makes the search box just disappear before you can type anything. So for example I entered by the amphitheatre but had to keep scrolling through page after page to get there. It was very time consuming and spoiled the whole experience. Also, the guide's standard of English is not great and her accent is very thick. At times she is quite hard to understand.

Waste of money

I bought this online audio guide as the normal audio guide at site was sold out. The online audio guide is supposed to be like this: you need to enter the number of the place you are standing in front of and you should be able to hear about that place but it doesn't work like that. You just have to listen to the sequence in which the audio files are stored in the website and not by entering the number where you are standing at site. This was just a waste of money. Not recommended.

Not so, just follow the short instructions. Open the map, identified the point where you are, pressing the audio begins the explanation. Thanks

Terrible piece of software

Difficult to understand. No guidance. The code for the guide arrived after approx. 90 min. In the meantime i did not even know that a separate code EXISTS. Tried with the booking number but failed. Wasted a lot of time. Don't do it!!!

L’audio guide ne prépare...

L’audio guide ne prépare que d’un point, ce qui n’est pas précisé lors de la réservation. Nous avons dû traverser tout le site pour revenir au point de départ inconnu à l’origine. Impossible via l’audio guide de passer de façon aléatoire via les numéros, obligés de suivre le circuit.

Gentile, lei ha acquistato l'audio guida direttamente da TripAdvisor, mai abbiamo rilevato questo problema di pubblicità ingannevole, per altro sarebbe assurdo che un ticket ingresso scavi costa 13 euro e noi vendiamo tutto ad un prezzo di 6 euro. Per quanto all'utilizzo lei ci ha chiamato più volte il giorno prima e le abbiamo dato tutte le dovute semplici spiegazioni, lei ci ha detto che tutto era semplicissimo, sembra strano. Restiamo a disposizione, cordialmente .

Geben Sie einfach die erhaltenen Codes ein, suchen Sie Ihre Position auf der interaktiven Karte und klicken Sie auf die entsprechende Nummer, um sie anzuhören. Was den Inhalt betrifft, gibt es wirklich 5,30 Stunden Aufnahmezeit, sehr viel. Nach Eingabe der Codes kann der Hilfsleitfaden 24 Stunden lang immer wieder angehört werden.
