  • From Positano to Amalfi there are options to take a boat trip to see the coast from the sea, which is spectacular. Please let us know before the tour start would you be interested.

  • The Amalfi drive is a highly spectacular but winding road. Please be aware that driving may take longer than you expect.

Amazing Day with Mauro, our private driver!

I booked our Sorrento and Amalfi Coast with very little travel experience. My husband and I have never traveled in Europe. Our bucket list to see the Sorrento and Amalfi coast exceeded expectations thanks to Vincenzo who virtually immediately texted me after booking online. We took a high speed train from Rome to Naples to a waiting driver, Mauro. Mauro was on our platform with a sign waiting for us to exit the train. No stress. No wait. He immediately greeted us with a warm friendly smile and walked us to his exquisite Mercedes van. My husband is 6’5” and needs a lot of leg room. I asked Vincenzo for a car that would allow him to be comfortable. It was perfect. My husband is also retired law enforcement officer so for to be comfortable with a stranger picking you up in a foreign country and driving you is worth mentioning. He may have bear hugged Mauro at the end! Mauro introduces us to amazing sites and recommended an amazing spot for lunch in Ravello. We actually ate lunch with the owner, a tiny and generous Italian woman who talked and cooked for us for a couple of hours. Amazing and genuine is how we would describe our experience. We cannot thank Mauro and Vincenzo enough for making our day on the Almafi coast an experience of a lifetime!

What a great trip. Our guide Fabio was awesome. Spectacular views. Fabio suggested where to get the best gelato & lemon Cello in Sorrento, then a supberb lunch with million dollar views. The whole day was the best. Fabio was also very informative about places along the way

Pasquale our driver was fantastic. Very safe and a careful driver. Pasquale arrived on time and he knew all the places to see. We told he we were in his hands and he didn’t disappoint. The scenery we saw was spectacular. Pasquale told us the places to go, stop along the way for photos and explained things along the way. It was an excellent trip and I would recommend that you ask for Pasquale if you book this tour.

We contacted Vincenzo prior to our tour on May 9, 2017 to confirm and to go over the schedule. Vincenzo responded promptly and was very reassuring. Giuseppe, who was our guide and driver picked us up at our hotel in Naples on time with a spacious, comfortable and super clean van. He was so knowledgable about the region and provided us with some interesting details only locals know. The drive along the Amalfi Coast wasn't for the faint of heart, but Giuseppe handled it with such expertise and grace. We were filled with wonders and awes during the entire trip rather than motion sickness or fear. He knows the areas so well and gave us excellent tips and ideas about where to visit and what to see. Of course our mutual love of Pizzeria Di Matteo and Bar Mexico didn't hurt, but this tour was the best part of our trip to Italy!

An amazing day trip. Our driver gave us informed choices and was very accommodating. We chose to stop for several hours at Positani on the Amalfi Coast. It was spectacular. The views were incredible the restaurants and shopping great. Favorite part of our trip to Italy. The driver was on time and the vehicle comfortable. Well worth the cost.

Our tour guide GIanfranco could not have been better. If anyone is visiting the almafi coast - Naples - you have to ask for Gianfranco. Also, his van had plenty of room for our family.

We chose Viator for our trip to Sorrento, Salerno and Amalfi and had a private mini bus for the six of us and our Driver Savio couldnt have been nicer and he had a terrible cold but kept us fully entertained and explained all the beautiful breathtaking scenery that we experienced.He even made a reservation for us at a georgous cliffside restaurant where we tasted the local fare and celebrated a birthday lunch. It was a truly a day we will never forget. Thank you Savio and Viator.
