Wonderful day trip!!

We had a wonderful day on the Vagabond. Our captain was friendly and the boat was lovely. The staff in Positano were great. We had a beautiful day at sea and the captain allowed us to pivot plans when it was a little chilly for a morning swim. The traffic to the Blue Grotto was two hours so instead he took us to several others and allowed us to swim just outside in the most beautiful water you’ve ever seen. When they drop you off in Capri-take the town Bus (2€) up to the main streets of Capri for all the shopping and dining. Super crowded but postcard pictures at every turn. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Boat Trip to Capri!

We had a wonderful time on our boat trip to Capri! Cassiopeia made it very easy for us to change our tickets from Thursday to Friday when the forecast showed rain, and we are so thankful because we had an absolutely gorgeous day! The small group tour was a perfect size and is complete with stops at the caves, the famous arch, and plenty of time to explore Capri.

This tour was a great way to see Capri and explore the beautiful Amalfi coast by boat. Our tour only had 11 people, two families (ours included), a couple and a single traveller. It was great. There was plenty of room on the boat to accommodate everyone. The driver doesn’t engage much with the patrons unless you speak to him, but that was fine by us as we just enjoyed the sights and chats with the other groups. You stop twice for a swim, the first stop on the back side of Capri just past the blue grotto was beautiful. Water was gorgeous and so nice to jump off the boat and cool off. They then take you around the island past anacapri to the smaller marina - marina Picolla. I originally thought 4 hours on the island was a lot but it is not. By the time you eat lunch, go into town by taxi or bus, and come back to the marina to swim (if you want) the time goes by very quick. My kids loved the rocks at the beach, they could climb and small caves. The town of Capri was beautiful. Lots of tiny shops and many high end stores. On the route home u stop once more for a swim in a small cove and make your way back to positano around 5pm. Overall it was great value for money compared to other tours. We had 2 btls of presseco on the route home which was a nice touch. Would recommend for anyone wanting to explore Capri for the day.

Swimming on the Amalfi Coast was amazing. The spots they selected were great. The Grottos we saw which didn’t require a 2 hour wait were great and our driver was excellent. Capri itself let us down a bit as it is very materialistic and basically just a spot to buy overpriced bags/clothes so we ended up having an amazing lunch at D’Amore instead which was awesome

Very nice trip to Capri. The boat and captain were nice. There were cold drinks and towels. It was an amazing day where we got to visit and walk around the island. We also go to swim in a very nice spot. We also looked at the grottos. (They gave us the option to visit the Blue Grotto from inside but the line was 2hrs + so our group decided to skip it and better use the time at the island.) It was a great decision since the island is very nice and we loved out time there walking around. If you would like to swim I recommend you to plan it for another day and use this day at Capri to visit the island and just swim a little at the end of the tour in a very nice - not crowded spot - that the boat stops around 4pm.

A wonderful day, definitely a highlight of our Italy trip. The boat ride to Capri is amazing, the sights just beautiful. Capri island is also beautiful you get to do some shopping, have lunch and take a swim in the refreshing waters. Definitely recommend

It was an amazing experience. Everything was very easy from scheduling, checking in etc. we had a great time. Loved the stops we made for a quick swim before and after the stop in Capri. The skipper kept us well hydrated with a cooler full of drinks. A must do when in Positano.

Long day won’t do again

The boat tour started out nice and we traveled around Positano and eventually to Capri. No narration about where we were and the boat captain Stefano was very grumpy. We were not offered water or wine until the very end of the tour around 4:30 after being on the boat since 8:45am. The captain clearly didn’t want to be there.

The tour was okay. Our guide was okay. It was like we just took a ride to Capri island on a boat. That’s all. We got to Capri without any suggestions or recommendations. We didn’t feel we were on a tour. The guide didn’t say anything about history or facts about the island or anything at all.

Beautiful relaxing day

It was very beautiful and the captain took us every place he could to enhance the experience . We got to swim a couple of times . There was place to use the restroom on board . We had about 3 hours on Capri and that was enough . It’s super crowded there - you take a bus to the town and see the views - the shopping is expensive and sidewalks are packed . Wish we would have gone to the other place in Capri where you can take a chair up to the top of the mountain .people who did that said it was excellent . The company we went with were professional and organized .

This is a must do if you are visiting the area! The boat was clean and spacious! We stopped numerous times to swim and they had plenty of drinks on the boat for everyone! We opted out of seeing the blue grotto because of the lines but we got to see other grottos that were so stunning! I had never seen anything like it! Capri was so fun and we had plenty of time to explore and eat! When we returned, the company gave us a free water taxi back to Praiano (the town right next to Positano) which saved us so much time and money! I am pregnant (they didn’t even know this) and saving me from climbing all the steps and trying to catch a bus was the biggest blessing ever! Highly, highly recommend! My husband and I will remember this boat tour forever!

We had a wonderful day on the boat - one of the best days of our trip. The captain was very welcoming and fun, and the ride around the island was beautiful. Check-in was easy, we left and arrived back as advertised. We enjoyed the gorgeous views and the few hours on Capri. It was the perfect way to experience the island. Lovely way to see Capri and the Amalfi Coast by water! The marketing was a little confusing- if you’re looking for a beautiful way to travel to Capri- this is a great option. If you’re looking for a narrated tour or a stop/visit at Blue Grotto- consider another option. The ravioli on the island is AMAZING. Don’t stop at the restaurants on the beach- they get better as you climb!

Just a perfect day all around … especially the bottle of Prosecco on the way back .. our driver took the time to go near the grottos and explain why they are named. Although it was too cold to swim …. Trip was still worth it. And highly recommend taking taxi one time on Capri they are convertible and added to experience

It is a lovely experience to tour around the island by the boat, see some interesting sites and get some explanation from our guide. You also have about 4 hours on the island which is not enough to do both Capri and Anacapri. So if you are looking at more time to tour the island and get to the famous blue grotto then perhaps you are better off taking the early morning ferry and coming back with the evening one.

The scenery cannot be beat. The water was calm making the overall trip better. It was a full day and you need that if you’re going to take lift to the top. Get a cab don’t wait for the bus.
