Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week), or otherwise we will suggest you through email the right pick up time, according to your flight departure time. If the hotel is located into a pedestrian area we will fix an alternative pick up point on the road.

What To Expect

Very good service. Our driver showed up about 15 minutes before expected which turned out to be that little extra time we needed to get our boarding passes, etc. The trip from Minori to Naples isn't easy to nagivate and our driver got to our destination in good time and shape! After having booked this transfer we realized we needed to drop our bags at a hotel in Naples before going to Ravello. We could not figure out how to contact Viator to request this as part of our transfer so we figured the driver would just do it as it was on the way. However, the driver's boss charged us 28 additional Euros for a 10 minute stop!!! Since this was a private transfer and not out of the way we were shocked and wished we had just taken a taxi which would have been about the same cost. Viator needs a way to let their clients communicate when the "tour" is not a "box' one. Very disappointed, but the driver was prompt and careful.

Our driver did not speak a word of English and it was very difficult to communicate with him. He drove like a NYC cab driver on narrow, curvy, Amalfi Coast roads. I was so nauseous I almost had to ask him to pull over at one point. Take a ferry instead!
