What To Expect

Meet your private captain in Positano and step aboard your classic Italian gozzo, stylish speedboat, or yacht, depending on your selection. Take off along the stunning Amalfi Coast, passing the private islands and natural reserve of Li Galli, and soaking up panoramic views of Capri and Positano. Journey past the charming fishing village of Nerano before crossing the Gulf of Naples over to the island of Capri.

Cruise around the island of Capri, pausing in small coves and lagoons for a quick dip. Travel through the arch of one of the Faraglioni rock formations. You also see the rock formations up close and learn the history behind the island from your captain. Pass the White Grotto, a natural rock formation in the shape of the Virgin Mary; swim under the arc of the Green Grotto; and explore the impressive Blue Grotto, once the private bathhouse of Roman Emperor Tiberius, hopping off to visit if you wish (own expense).

Top off the trip with some free time on the island of Capri. Relax with lunch at a local café, walk through the gardens of Villa San Michele, take in the views from Mt. Solaro, or have a drink at chic Hotel Quisisana. After some leisure time, reunite with your captain and travel back along the coast, returning to your original departure point in the evening.

The wait at the blue grotto was long, about 45 minutes, bit the experience inside the cave was worth the wait.
I would recommend picking a boat with toilet on board.
Highly recommend this tour and if you can request Giovanni, do it!

Rafaelle was an amazing captain for the day! He was incredibly patient and showed us all the great spots along the Amalfi Coast. We highly recommend this as a must do on your trip to Positano, the views are amazing and it was a nice day to spend with family.

We planned this trip several months in advance to celebrate my birthday on the Amalfi Coast with my family. We flew more than 15 hours from Florida, USA to get to Amalfi. Our reservation with Aviator was for a private boat along the Amalfi Coast and visiting the island of Capri was scheduled for Saturday, September 3 at 9:30 am. The price was $975 and it had already been charged to our credit card. As they did not show up at the indicated time, we called them on the phone and they told us that although they had registered with the service for that day, they had not made the appropriate arrangements and they had no one who could offer us the tour service. The person who attended us promised to be able to solve us in some way but in the end she could not and our plans that had been scheduled so far in advance did not happen. Unfortunately, my birthday celebration was ruined!

Adolfo, our captain, was fantastic! Amazing how he kept the boat so steady- no sea sickness or discomfort. Showed us amazing things! We asked for swimming and he took us to great locations intermittently throughout the day. FANTASTIC! Highly recommend!

We loved this tour, highlight of going to the amalfi coast! Valeria was very kind, responsive and helpful. She even moved our tour to a day with better weather. Our captain (Luigi I believe) was incredibly kind and knowledgeable! The place he stopped for lunch was delicious. He also brought us homemade limoncello from his family! A wonderful experience!

Best day!! My partner and I opted for the smallest boat for just the 2 of us, and it was perfection. Our guide, Antonio, was the nicest, and was super knowledgeable and experienced on the Amalfi coast. We had the perfect amount of room onboard, and could choose between the shaded area and full sun on the front of the boat to relax. with towels, drinks, and snorkeling masks, we had everything we needed. we opted to swim a lot, which was my favorite part. The water was gorgeous, and we were able to explore sea caves and shallow areas teaming with fish and other sea life! Antonio even made us a lunch reservation halfway through at a wonderful spot right on the coast. 10/10 highly recommend this experience!!

Had an awesome day with skipper Luigi! Tour was an excellent way to see the coast/Capri while avoiding the crowds and heat. Luigi brought us to the many grottos and best swimming spots. Boat was very comfortable and equipped with cold drinks and snacks. Stopped for a great lunch in Nerano. Made for one of the very best days of our honeymoon!

Such a beautiful day! Every detail of the excursion was attended to. Prior to the day, Valeria provided suggestions and seamlessly arranged for the boat to pick us up in Praiano (where we were staying) versus Positano. She was spot on with her recommendation to tour the Amalfi Coast versus heading to Capri. Our captain, Francesco, was beyond knowledgeable about the island. He has lived here his whole life and it shows! We loved how he seemed to know everyone and everything. He graciously toured us up and down the coast, provided drinks, made us a lunch reservation, stopped at various points for us to swim, took photos, and above all else, treated us like old friends. He truly made the day beyond memorable for us- We did not want the day to end. Gratzie, Valeria & Francesco. We hope to come back and do it all again someday.

The only way to see Italy’s coast line. Spectacular. We spent the day cruising from amalfi to capri. Stopped off in Capri for lunch, gelato, and gifts for family. Then cruised back to amalfi port passing all the coast line towns and hotels on the way. We even stopped for a quick swim and saw fish & jellyfish! Had wonderful tips from our captain Michele about the rock and famous sites of Capri. We stayed in Ravello and took the Sita bus down to the amalfi pier for our tour. We tipped what we could (unsure on tipping here in Italy). All in all would spend the money again. One of the best days spent on our honeymoon here in Italy!

Our day long excursion on the water was great. Raffaelle was a wonderful tour guide, very informative and accommodating. Valeria spent the better part of her Sunday solidifying our tour the next day with suggestions and details for the trip. They even picked us up on the pier in Praia as that was more convenient for us rather than trekking to Positano. We were able to swim a few times in a great area as well as have lunch in Capri. The restaurant was somewhat touristy and a bit over priced given many of the tour companies stop there for lunch. Despite that, the food was very good and location was right on the water. We would highly recommend this tour...it was certainly a highlight of our vacation

Awesome boating experience. Captain Francesco was wonderful captain and tour guide. He was 5 stars. The sights are amazing and the ride is wonderful. The wait at the blue grotto was long, about 45 minutes, bit the experience inside the cave was worth the wait. Tour price was expensive.
