For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The beach tour of piñones was absolutely beautiful. Our tour guide was amazing. I had rolled my ankle and I could not drive the car and he was kind enough to drive us around. Very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend spending time on the beach, the water was beautifully warm, and the sand was manageable, even for my twisted ankle

SCAM! Don’t lose your money

They called an hour before the reservation to tell me that they had a large group and they would call back once it was over to get us scheduled. They never called back , never did the experience. Lost my money, they would not issue refund and stopped answering my phone calls

This tour did not meet my expectations. I drove only a short distance around the beach trail where we saw all the local outlets. The beaches were nice though. The car was pretty nice. But the trip was not worth the money at all even with the insurance that they charged us ($135 for 3 of us).

So much fun!! Our guide was fun and friendly. It was great to get away from the touristy side and get to the area with locals. My husband loved getting to drive on the beach. We were also able to get amazing pictures.

Terrible experience. Driver was not personable and did not explain any details about the tour. It was a 30 min drive from the hotel and When we finally got to the destination, it was not worth it and wasted time that could have been spent on something more enjoyable.

Our guide was awesome! He accommodated us on what music we wanted to listen to, and was very friendly throughout the ride. When we stopped for food he assisted us in ordering, recommended options and translated when need!

Good afternoon. We mentioned that at 8PM it was too dark to do a beach tour, and you said that it doesn't matter. You were given the option to change it for 6PM without any problem, which you refused because 8PM is when you had the time. I think the review is too much, and we have everything recorded in our database.

This is unacceptable, and very disappointing you sit in the passenger seat why they drive you with loud music banging in your ear and its not like they ask you what music you wanna hear but instead its loud music of their choice. you only get to drive from point b to point c for only like 5 min 10 the most trust me its a waste of time and money please i repeat its not worth it save your money and time

Thank you for your review before you booking the specifications are makers , very clear this is not a rental is a tour . Also is rules and you will not broke the law , and get everyone in trouble because you want to go 65 mph in a UTV risking employers and your friends life. We prefer terminate the tour and get a bad review , and make sure everyone is safe . Safety is our top highest priority.

This tour charges $40 per person for insurance, even for children. We did not know this until we reached the facility for the tour. Drivers take you to the site where the UTV’s can be ridden by the customers. The total time we actually got to ride the UTV’s were about 10-15 minutes that’s it. Unlike other ATV/UTV tours in which we got to ride for the entire 2 hours. This was such a huge disappointment for so much money. Good points would be that the drivers who took you to the site to ride were awesome. Very sweet people. Overall experience of being in this UTV vehicle was also great. They need to give customers more riding time. When we are paying for 2 hours, the customers should not only be allowed 10-15 min ride time. You need to revamp this. For these reasons, I personally would not do it again or recommend to others. Please restructure the itinerary.
