It was beautiful half day trip that covered couple of beautiful waterfalls in the rainforest , and very delicious finger local food in one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

Not my idea of a "tour"

This is just a ride to a rock waterfall which people slide down - a little too unsafe for my liking, things could go wrong fast here. There is no hike other then a 5min walk down a muddy hill to get to the rocks , it's not in the park it's on the side of the road where you go behind someone's yard. There was no parking for us because it was busy with every other person, other people had bbqs and drinking and smoking drugs big party spot. Our guide was basically a driver that enjoyed going down the waterfall and got paid to do so. There is not any other information given in the 2 hour drive, we even got to stop at a gas station to fill up... He was not a local and likely why he had nothing to input. His manners were gross, belching and cursing which I didn't like as a role model for my son. We did stop by an over crowded beach which was not nice at all, garbage smell mixed with drugs and so much traffic. It took us an hour to get in and out of this place. We had 2 fried foods, no drinks offered. So if you want a ride with a huge traffic stop for 2 empanadas for $75/per person this is your "Tour". We did arrive back 40 mins late. Also, the pickup and drop off is a sketchy unmarked beat up van on the side of the road, don't expect a tour bus or anything grand. The waterfall area is beautiful murky water but you do not require a guide to go.

We visited on Feb 23, Not worth the time and $ spent. To start with, vehicle which arrived to pick up was dirty and smelling; straight away felt the quality of the tour would be not what we signed up for. Barely entered the rainforest and saw the waterfall slide, very dangerous to slide, high risk of injury, some people did slide, many skipped. Food was included, they took us to a road side restaurant, the quality of food was bad, deep fried and bad quality.

The transportation vehicle was very bad, broken and not comfortable at all. The entire trip was rushed, did not get even few mins to relax and enjoy the forest. The food stop was horrible, food quality below par.

Very nice experience. Wolfgang was the hostess with the mostest!! Really enjoyed him as a tour guide he was very helpful and put me at ease bc I was really scared of falling. Next time I come I hope I have him again!!

Chris was extremely responsive and took care of all the people on the tour! He stopped at a very good rest area before we got to the activity spot. He gave practical tips for the water slides and took excellent photos! On the return he bought excellent finger foods for everybody. Chris is very friendly, takes good care and is funny!
