The hospitality was HORRIBLE. The tour guide (Carlos) was on his phone the entire time; not once did he offer the essentials that were apart of the guided tour, we did not snorkel or utilize the floating devices that were SUPPOSED to be apart of the experience. We had a group of 5 and the price that was paid was NOT worth the experience, could've applied the cost towards something else worth the while. Also, they do not offer accommodations for elderly or people with disabilities. The tour guide chose the music to be played during the ride and once we had arrived at each stop he turned the music down very low. The experience was wack.

Wonderful Experience - Beautiful Beach Day

Had an amazing time with Carlos. They arranged pick up at the Hyatt Grand Reserve Hotel and subsequently coordinated a phenomenal beach day for my wife and I. The boat trip was smooth and the beaches were beautiful. The snorkling equipment was better than the ones we used in the Bahamas and there was plenty of snacks / beer for the two of us. Music was a vibe. Overall, great experience.

I loved this experience! My family and I really enjoyed Carlos and the tour he gave us to the different beaches. We did a half day in the afternoon and the weather was amazing! The water is beautiful and we were able to see a few sea turtles popping their heads up. He offered light snacks and refreshments. We also brought some of our own. It was great! I highly recommend!

Cool experience but beware of transportation fees

Carlos was great! The places we went were gorgeous, he showed us sea turtles, and gave a lot of history behind the islands. We had plenty of time to swim and snorkel. It was the most relaxing, chill part of our trip and it was super cool that it was just our family. Note (4 star rating for this): this is NOT stated in the posting but transportation to the marina is NOT included in the price so we were surprised when we were told that it was an additional $250 to be picked up from our hotel in Condado. We decided to Uber and that was much cheaper but still an unexpected cost. Bring a dry change of clothes because uber drivers do not want wet passengers. Also the marina name is Puerto Chico which we also did not see in the posting so we were not at the correct place when we were initially dropped off by the Uber. Other than that, it was a great excursion, highly recommend.

The snorkeling was fantastic. I saw turtles, sting ray and fishes. The water was clear and the sand was "sandy". Lol It actually rained during the swim. Our "Captain Carlitos" was professional and courteous.

We did a half-day cruise with Carlos Sanchez and it was a highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico. The boat was comfortable, the east keys snorkeling was beautiful and the beaches were great! Carlos Sanchez was friendly, informative, and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend!

OUR FAVORITE PUERTO RICO EXCURSION!!

This was our absolute FAVORITE excursion of our girls trip!!! 10/10 recommend!! Not only was this fantastic because it was a private trip tailored to everything we wanted to do, but Carlos made the whole experience extremely enjoyable for us. Carlos was our captain for the day and he tailored our itinerary to everything we wanted to do! He was absolutely fantastic and made the whole experience our absolute favorite of the entire trip!! We brought some of our own food and drinks on the boat to keep in the LARGE coolers on board, but Carlos also had lunch sandwiches, chips, as well as water and beer on board for us as well. We also LOVED that we were able to use the bluetooth connection to the boat's speakers to play our music during our day!! We started off with a snorkel near Icacos island where we saw a number of colorful fish in the crystal clear waters (snorkeling gear provided on the boat). There were also floats and a foam floating pad on board to use. The day we went was a Saturday (during 4th of July weekend), it was understandably pretty packed on Icacos island, so rather than pulling up to the beach, we opted to stay a bit further out to float in the water, cruise around, and enjoy the boat. After that we went to Palomino Island, which was a fantastic experience as it's only accessible by private charter. The beach was absolutely stunning, and we very much enjoyed our time there. We saw a stingray in the water, some more fish, sat on the soft sandy beach, floated in the water, etc. I would very much recommend this excursion to anyone looking to have a mini tour of some of the uninhabited islands off the coast of Puerto Rico, and have an all-around amazing day with a great guide. Bonus that it's a PRIVATE excursion, so you can tailor the day to the interests of you and your family, friends, etc., without having to worry about other groups!!

Our host Derek was so kind and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of the whole trip- would highly recommend this for anyone wanting a private tour it’s a nice way to explore with just your group. Our group didn’t know how to swim but he made sure we felt safe in the water when snorkeling and was extremely attentive towards everyone having a safe but enjoyable experience. They also offer sandwiches and snacks while on board so I’d clarify any dietary restrictions beforehand. Safe travels!
