If you are prone to motion sickness an over the counter motion sickness remedy is highly recommended 1 hour prior to check in.
Please call our office directly if you have any dietary needs like vegetarian, gluten-free or if your prefer ham sandwich instead of turkey sandwich as well as any food allergies at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour date.
Near public transportation
The drive to Marina Puerto del Rey is about an hour from San Juan, check in time is at 8:30 am SHARP at the boat. Please plan accordingly!
As part of our Covid-19 Health & Safety protocols you will be required to maintain proper distance from one another and use our hand sanitizing stations throughout the entire tour experience.
Snorkeling gear including mask, snorkel, fins and floating belts are also included in the package at no extra fee. You may bring your own if you wish.

Although our vessel is US Coast Guard Certified for up to 49 passengers, we are only accepting a maximum of 38 passsengers (or 77% of max capacity) to ensure the best experience and comfort throughout our tour.
It is recommended that you bring a towel and wear a swimsuit underneath beach clothes.
Pets and service animals are not allowed due to the nature of the tour and limited space.
Not allowed onboard: beach chairs, umbrellas, strollers, coolers and hookahs.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 38 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Beautiful day in the Puerto Rican turquoise waters

We really enjoyed this excursion. The boat was by clean. The areas that we went to snorkel were beautiful. The crew did a fantastic job in explaining the procedures that we felt very safe. The second part of the excursion was at the island and it was lovely and we were treated very well by the crew. Customer service is very important and highly recommend this excursion.
