It was the best tour we did. He took us to the cave and helped us get inside the cave. Very knowledgeable and he explain everything and walked us through every step. At first I was a little scare but I'm glad I got to experience it since the view from inside the cave is just amazing. The hike is a little challenging, but it was worth it. After the cave we went to a beautiful beach not as crowded and had a great time.

This was an amazing experience! Our tour guide, Jean Louis, talked us through every step and made us feel very confident and safe. He was also very knowledgeable of the area, gave us a list of good hangout spots, and even took pics for us.

Hiking to the cave was so much fun! The views are really beautiful. Climbing into the cave was challenging but our guide knew exactly how to lead us in exploring the cave safely. The beach at Poza del Obispo was a great spot for swimming. This tour is really active and a great way to appreciate the natural beauty Arecibo.

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!! My tour guide, Jean-Louis was so great! Friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I was the only one scheduled for this tour which made me nervous, but I had the absolute best time!!! We first hit the cave. It was a lovely walk on the beach with tide pools and shell findings. The hike up to the cave was a bit intense, but Jean-Louis was super helpful (when needed!) When we got to the top, there were a decent amount of people trying to get in the caves. He was a great photographer while we waited. I was super unsure about going in, because that entrance is not for the faint if heart or for the claustrophobic. He assisted some of the other people but always made sure I was taken care of and safe first. Inside the cave was so amazing! I'm so glad he pushed my confidence and strength to go in. I was in awe! After the cave, we stopped at a beautiful beach which was in a cove, so very easy to swim. It was a bit busy, but still refreshing! Then we went to the waterfalls and what a beautiful experience that was. The first waterfall is pretty easy to get to. The second requires a bit of rock navigation but worth it! Jean-Louis helped me to get to a place I could jump off by the wall-waterfall. So so awesome!!! We headed back to San Juan at a great time I could freshen up and get dinner. The whole day, he assisted without being overbearing, which I loved. I was able to get around the rocks at my own pace. He was a great photographer and never ever seemed inconvenienced. Also, he provided refreshments! :) This was probably one of my favorite days in Puerto Rico and I give all my thanks to my awesome guide, Jean-Louis! I'm so glad to have had this experience and to push my confidence. It's something I'll never forget!

This adventure truly blew all of our expectations out of the water. The caves themselves were gorgeous, but there's no way we'd have been able to get to them without John's expert and patient guidance. On the drive there, he also gave us an incredible and nuanced history lesson about the island, the caves, and the current climate. After the caves, he took us to the most beautiful beach we'd ever seen--I will 100% be doing more of his tours when we return!

Thanks to others canceling, the four of us got to have a private tour. Our guide (John) was amazing and shared lots of history and local knowledge. He also ensured we were all safe while helping us climb into caves and swim in surf. I can’t recommend this enough as long as you have good mobility and an adventurous spirit.

What a tremendous experience. It was a challenging hike through parts of the rainforest, rocky areas, and water, but John was there to help us every step of the way. It was amazing walking through a waterfall to get in to the cave, wearing the headlamps to see the gorgeous inner caves, and painting our cheeks with the rust-colored rock. John was an expert of the area and so knowledgable bout the history. We couldn't have asked for more! Don't miss this tour if you like a challenging non-tourist unforgettable adventure.

This tour was absolutely amazing! Our tour guide was very kind and patient with us the whole way through the cave. There is a small hole to enter into the cave, which was a bit intimidating and scary at first, but once we got through, the rest of the cave tour was quite easy, and the views were spectacular! I would definitely recommend this to any adventurers out there!

Very knowledgable guide. At first I was uncertain since it was a smaller group and small car, however turned out to be an amazing adventure. He helped us climb in and out of the cave with no problems at all. My 11yr daughter and I went. He is a genuine person who loves what he does. The experience is one you will be happy you did. He just wanted to please and make sure we were happy the entire trip.
