Great views but not for everyone

This tour was really unique and I enjoyed the amazing views! However, the tour is NOT for anyone who doesn’t like small spaces or heights. It’s very steep along the edges. As for the cave part, I felt like the guide didn’t prepare us well for the climb down into the cave. Before I had a chance to ask him a question, he already disappeared. I didn’t end up going down inside the cave because the guide had already gone down himself. He also offered to assist about 10 random people down into the cave and gave them the tour! It was frustrating that we basically paid for those people to have a tour! The guide should just focus on his group who actually paid for the trip. Overall, the guide was very knowledgeable, but spoke so much and said a few things that were not too relevant to the tour and maybe a little demeaning. We didn’t have a chance to get a word in or chat amongst ourselves. I am still happy I went, but wouldn’t necessarily recommend this tour unless you have an extra day to fill up or are in really good shape/not afraid of heights!

Dear Kathleen... we appreciate you touring with us... even expressing that you LIKED the experience, the views etc. However; maybe this tour in specific was not the right one for you! We have over 25 5 star reviews of guests that have taken this same exact tour as advertised and even shown with pictures this tour takes place on the coast... which yes there are cliffs that you do not have to climb... and edges that you do not have to be near too if you do not want to... which YOU since the beginning did not want to and all the guide did was encourage you to face your fears so you could admire the beauty of what was beyond YOU established since the beginning that you were NOT going down to the cave and YOU establish that YOU did not want to be on the rocks. The guide showed you exactly what you should do to go down to the cave (STEP BY STEP) (that would be preparing) you but YOU did not want to go and there are other people in the tour that would like to go and followed the guides directions and they had an amazing experience! The reason why the guide helps people it's to clear the way for you guys because if not they would take all day it was for a couple of minutes so he could clear the clutter and everyone would flow according YOU established the guide was very knowledgeable but you also say that he spoke too much...(which one is it) what what exactly you defined as the meaning if you wanted to chat I'm on yourselves you could've and you say on this review that YOU ARE HAPPY you went. Regarding to your "really good shape and not afraid of heights" statement if you READ the description it clearly states that you do need to be on a strong physical condition and moderate amount of flexibility YOU SAID YOU WERE HAPPY,YOU SAID YOU LIKED IT, that sounds like a 5 stars review! If you are afraid of heights or do not like CAVES once again this was not the tour for you hope you Find Your Way, God bless you!
