Pickup details

Please be ready in the lobby of the hotel by the time selected while booking. If you select an 8:30am start time, you will be picked up at 8:30 and your tour begins at 9:30. If you select a 2pm start time, you will be picked up at 2pm and your tour begins at 3pm.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This activity was absolutely AMAZING! Transportation was included, which was very convenient. They provided free lockers for your belongings. The views are breathtaking. Our instructors Xander, Yariel, Christian, and Daniel were so kind and fun! They really made this memorable for our group. They made us feel so safe and kept us entertained throughout with their humor. I would definitely come here again and again! I HIGHLY recommend this for your trip!

My family and I had a blast on this excursion! The guides were all super nice, personable, and hilarious. My dad has a fear of heights and was pretty nervous at the beginning - the guides did a great job making him feel comfortable, excited, and of course threw in some teasing that made us all laugh and kept up the light-hearted fun. By the end he was a pro! The group on our tour was made up of about 20-30 people, however the guides did a great job keeping things moving so we were never stuck waiting for more than 10 minutes. And when we were waiting on the platforms between ziplines, the guides were hilarious talking to us, making it a great time all the way through. Definitely recommend taking a small backpack with you to hold water as it was extremely hot, and there's ample down time between some of the longer ziplines. Of the 11 ziplines, only about 4-5 were really long and fast, however all of them were fun to ride and offered gorgeous views of the rainforest below us. The rappelling was a fun way to mix things up - you pretty much just step off the tall platform and hang for a moment before the guides let you down to the ground with a little thrill. And on the last two shortest ziplines, we were able to ride hands-free or go upside-down if we wanted to. Overall it was a great way to spend part of our day and see a bit of El Yunque.

We had such a fun and great experience ziplining through the rainforest. The staff was really kind and super professional and even though heights was a bit scary for one of us they really managed to make us relax and enjoy ourselves.

Really nice morning trip—fun way to experience the rainforest without eating up your whole day. Great transport to/from. Guides were very personable and professional. Loved that there were enough guides to keep the group moving and often working multiple platforms and lines. Didn’t feel like we were standing and waiting! Would highly recommend.

Everything was great from start to finish. Transportation was punctual and the guides were awesome. Only name I remember is Luís but they were all wonderful. Definitely glad we chose this.
