Kayaking

Tour was ok. Kayaking was fun and the tour guides were very nice. The lights were just a but disappointing since we couldn’t see much and was not what you see in pictures.

Kayaking at night is great

Kayaking at night is pretty unique. I would recommend that you wait until the Moon is gone as it is difficult to see the bioluminescence in the water. I do appreciate the tour guide bringing a tarp to make things darker, and I do appreciate how amazing it is to save the kayak at night in a lagoon. The staff was nice, some of the people in our group were a bit rowdy, but all in all it was a good experience

We are staying in San Juan and we got picked up at 6pm, and did not get to the site until 8:15. We were told it was supposed to start at 7:30. We didn’t hardly see any bioluminescence. Had to put a wet tarp over our heads to see a little glistening. I was underwhelmed. The staff were very friendly and no issues with them or their service at all. We didn’t get back to our resort until midnight. Needless to say, it was a waste of time and money. Honestly, I wouldn’t do this again even if it were free. The three stars are strictly for the staff/service.
