For Cruise Ship Passengers we offer two transportation options (by boat or by land). Once you have exited the gated cruise ship area, follow the sidewalk alongside the main street (Francisco Medina Ascencio) and pass the PEMEX Gas Station. The Los Veranos Office is located in the same parking lot as CHEDRAUI Playa De Oro Grocery Store. Approximately a 5 minute walk from the exit gate of the Cruise Ship Terminal. Your Tour is on Puerto Vallarta local time (CST), not ship time.

The speed boat was a lot of fun. Good to see the sights around the island. Once we got to the sight the check in is pretty quick and simple. I did notice a first I've never seen and that was a place for you to apply your spray on bug spray or sunscreen area up the steps. I know that may not sound like nothing but when your out people go to spray and it normally ends up in your eyes or mouth. LoL The staff was fun and great. The first 4 to 5 lines are a pretty good hike up but once you start going down it's no more hiking. The restaurant food was great and the tequila tasting was good. I bought a bottle. They already had them bubblewrap and bagged ready to come back home. It was my girlfriend first time zip lining and she had a blast. I recommend this tour to anyone.

This tour was the highlight of our vacation. We loved every bit of it, from the speed boat ride, the zipline experience to feeding the monkeys. Highly recommend!

We chose this as our cruise excursion. It was great! The timing was perfect to get off and on in time. The walk wasn’t far, get there early to take the boat ride, it’s faster. The instructions were that it’s by the Shell gas station, but it’s not an American Shell sign so I didn’t recognize it, but their sign on the building is just as pictured. The staff was AMAZING! My daughter freaked out and refused to go, they entertained her with the animals. They were funny and knew what they were doing. Food was good. We wore swimming suits under shorts and t shirts and tennis shoes. We each packed swimming shoes, a towel, and water bottle in a backpack. That worked out great. We left the backpacks in the lockers at the bottom.

Finding the office was a bit hard maybe a guide with a sign to meet people outside the gate would help - Zip line was really fun - guides were really fun ( just at the end when we were turning in the equipment the employee got really upset that I did not listion people do make mistakes )- should of had more zip lines - was told some were closed so I dont think we got the full experience. As a single person in the tour the restaurant should have stools at the bar so you can sit, drink and eat without getting a table- the animals were great - tracker ride was fun, boat eide back was awesome, got back in plenty of time to spare to get back on the ship.

Zip line was great , but our booking was messed up , the office had no info on our booking so he sent us to zip line location by cab and we did not get the speed boat ride was not offered. Kindly refund us for boat ride.

The tour was great! Make sure you book early to guarantee your spot on the speed boat (if that's what you want). We had booked the boat but even though it was available online apparently it had sold our prior to our booking and we were bumped to the land option. Luckily there was a cancellation so we were able to get on the boat after all and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip from that point on!

We did the speed boat ride to the ziplines, one word AMAZING! Loved the speed boat ride, the ride there was pretty easy going to but the ride back to insure we got back on the ship in time was a speed ride and a lot of fun! Ziplines just wow! Pepe and his crew are very safety conscious, yet they are all about having fun too. I have dubbed this "real ziplines", you wear gloves, learn how to break and slow down. You cross back and forth over an amazing river! I am an older larger woman who weight trains twice a week, this excursion is a workout. You are hiking to the ziplines, with water stops along the way, but you have to consider the heat also. The hiking trail has uneven steps along the way (meaning height wise), so it is hard on the knees, with a lot of the area without handrails. This is also fast paced, which is fine and great! There was an area where if your too worn out or overheated you can wait at, while the others do the last 3 of the highest lines. Then the rest of the group will join you where you are waiting and continue zipping down the rest of the way as a group. The lunch was wonderful along with the Tequilla tasting. Every single person from the boat crew, Pepe and his zipline crew are great communicators and add humor wherever they can, restaurant staff friendly and helpful too.

Best Puerto Vallarta Tour Ever!!

We took this tour as our first port of call on a cruise. The building was super easy to find walking off of the ship. Great directions straight from our tour operator through the VIATOR app. My 16-year-old and my eight-year-old absolutely loved the speedboats that we got on just a short walk from the office. It was such a smooth and beautiful ride. I would definitely suggest not being too hydrated since there is no bathroom breaks from when you leave the office until you make it to the Los Veranos zip line area in the jungle. Which means loading up two speed boats depending on the size of your group, The boat ride over to the land transportation which was similar to and open bus kind of rig. Super fun ! But again since our “group “was so large we had to wait for the second shuttle to come pick up the other half of the group. I would definitely recommend bringing a handheld fan to keep yourself cool as well as making sure you’re coded down with bug spray if you have to wait. When we arrived at Los Veranos Zip Line Park we were able to secure belongings in a locker and then were suited up in our harnesses as well as geared up with helmets and gloves. The guides were super thorough with all the instructions so that everyone knew exactly what to do and would feel comfortable with their set ups. I recommend the ceviche it was absolutely amazing! And if I had to do it again I would probably stay on the lighter side for lunch instead of ordering so much food that we were unable to take back with us. All the guys that work for this company were super amazing from the very beginning. I feel like I truly hit the jackpot finding this company and the amazing memories and experiences that we will always have from this trip I believe was only from booking with Los Veranos!!

I had kids from 7 to 19. They took great care of the younger ones. All ages can enjoy this zip line experience. Don’t forget your swimsuit to use the slides into the river.

We had a similar tour booked through our cruise line, but it was cancelled. We found this excursion and booked. It was confusing to book the right time since my cruise line said we would arrive at 8am, but the excursion was specific to mention the difference of ship time, local time, and time differences. I originally booked the early tour, but then easily changed it to the later time out of concern for the time. (The last thing I wanted was for the ship to arrive at 8am ship time and that be 9am local and miss the tour. When we arrived to the Los Veranos Tour office, I spoke with the folks about the time and would be be back before our ship left at 5:30pm. They said we would have time, but would need to come back earlier with the first tour. We were able to do all the zip lines and enjoy the animals there, but since we had to get back earlier, we didn't have time to enjoy the restaurant or the river. Los Veranos were very accommodating with our need to get back early, so much so, they had a special van for us and another family from our ship to get us back on time. I would probably book again, but reach out directly to the company for booking and timing.

Fantastic family adventure

We had a fantastic time. The tour started right next to our cruise ship. We boarded jet boats trailing the beautiful coastline, and arriving in a very authentic village. Our tour guide stopped to show us some of the sea scape. We then trucked up to the zip lining location. The grounds were beautiful. Base camp was a open air restaurant overlooking a crystal clear creek. Our kids (11 and 12)enjoyed the water slide and swimming. There were also animal exhibits. The bird sanctuaries were great, and the Macau’s flew freely. The zip lining was well instructed. Be prepared to hike a little bit. This excursion definitely requires a good sense of adventure, as well as physical activity. It was a refreshing change of pace from the cruise ship.

Los Veranos did an amazing job of making the experience memorable for our group. From the speed boat ride to the trip up the mountain to the zip lines, everything was great. The restaurant on site at the zip lines was also perfect for us. One of our favorites for sure!!
