This was a great way to experience Puerto Valletta and see another side of this beautiful area. Our guide Mario made the experience even better. The ATV was easy to handle and was a lot of fun. Mario took us on the back roads through small quaint villages, up onto a mountain top past ranches with animals, through the jungle with fruit trees and fresh water springs. The tour includes a nice stop at a small ranch where we enjoyed drinks and small plates of excellent food. (Cost of food and drink are not included in tour price and is optional) Mario took so many pictures of us while driving his ATV in front of us. Mario took pictures of us throughout the tour while he drove his ATV in front of us. I would highly recommend this to anyone. It’s much more than an ATV ride- it’s an adventure into a world outside of what most people see while vacationing here. It’s safe, fun and easy to do. I guarantee you will return happy and a bit dusty!

The most memorable moments of the trip included Agustina our tour guide . She rocks ! This tour is a cool way to get around town and explore and enjoy hidden gems of Vallarta. What an incredible day spent to riding though canopies and to be surrounded by butterflies, plunging into waterfalls , making tortillas, sampling tortillas , laughing, smiling, and having a cutie pie Juan Francisco the photographer zip ahead to take your photos . Great people.

The views, guide, fun trails and tequila tasting. So fun!!! We loved driving the cobblestone streets to the trails. The views in the city and in the mountains were stunning. Everyone was so friendly and we appreciated the pictures taken along the way. It was also fun to only have our group. Private is a big plus.

During a girls trip we recently booked the ATV Tour of Puerto Vallarta with Viator. We had a ball going up mountains, through the water and city streets. Our guide, Noe was patient and accommodating with each of us. And the Ninja photographer caught some of the best photos during our ride. I suggest this excursion to all that want a thrill and some excitement.

Brilliant excursion. Our family used 3 double ATVs for our party of 6 and we had a blast. Our guide was excellent and it was truly a fun adventure off into the jungle and mountains over Puerto Vallarta straight from el Centro area. Beautiful photo ops and spunky ATVs with some kick. The kids had fun, the adults had fun. Highly recommend. Full disclosure: We particularly dread the "promotional" part of a lot of these tours at which you make a planned stop for "shopping" and "tasting". They tend to be added sales pitches or money squeezes at some places. The stop on this trip was a treat. A terrific well-priced lunch with a tortilla and salsa making mini-class and demo. Well worth the time and it was very cute.

Booked this trip while on vacation with my wife in Nuevo Vallarta and couldn’t have been more pleased. Juan was an awesome tour guide, let us go at our own speed, and never rushed us. All of the equipment was in great working order and safe. This tour is private and totally customizable. Our first stop was at Mi Abilene, a quaint family owned ranch where we got to make tortillas and taste tequila and learn about their business. Next a trip up to the cliffs which was beautiful and then a trip back down the mountain and through the right streets of down town PV to an old light house where we got to look out over the bay and the town. I highly recommend this tour to anyone traveling to PV or NV.

Great fun experience but wrong address information

OK upfront the ATV experience was excellent and we got our full three hours tour in the Sierra Madre across streams, through villages, and with scenic Mountain View’s. we had lunch in a great place deep in to the mountains which makes their own tortillas. The female tour guide was very personal, it rushed, helpful and cared about our experience. The overwhelming issue was the Viator location that was provided to us was nowhere near the actual location to meet, so we were over 30 minutes late, though they did accommodate they did not seem to have any idea why the address was wrong and we even used the phone number and even had our taxi call the number three times and no one answered. We eventually got a text message from them so we know they had our contact information correct and we also got an email that we were late . We had no Internet or actual full cell service and we’re in downtown Puerto Vallarta and had to walk 20 minutes to find the actual meeting location. Something this simple with people traveling on their own internationally should never happen when it comes to phone numbers and physical meeting addresses and for that reason we would never use this tour group again.

This was the first activity we did on our vacay, turned out to be the best one!! Our tour guide, Edson was soo sweet and patient with us. He’s really the best! We got to really see the local side of Puerto Vallarta & we enjoyed every sec of it. The ride on the dirt roads was indeed very thrilling, be prepared to get dusty and dirty! The stop at Rancho mi Abuelo was nice- we got to taste different types of tequila. Our last stop at Canopy River was during sunset and it was just beautiful! Only wish we had more time however, the 3 hours were just pure fun, so worth it!! Thank you again Edson!!

Amazing ATV Adventure w/ Agostina

Best part of the adventure was our Argentine guide Agostina. She was so positive, patient and energetic. When we arrived, we filled out paperwork, got equipment and she gave us a brief orientation. The business is new but was organized and clean. Agostina asked our driving preferences and even stopped to manually switch out gears when we were changing terrain. She was quick to offer sunscreen (her own) and to take photos throughout the trip. She reminded me of a Pelaton or iFit coach but in real life right next to you. The equipment was a little beat up but that’s what you’d expect from making daily runs. They had plenty of power and we never felt like they were unsafe (some drivers in PV are though). We took our whole family including my wife and me, our young adult children and teenagers (7 in all). Six of us shared three “double” ATVs and one rode a single. We all had a blast. Driving ATVs on the streets of PV, then cobblestones, dirt roads, up and down streets, hills, a mountain, through water, tons of dust,(thank goodness for Goggles), past animals, friendly locals, great scenery and seeing how many people live outside the touristy areas of town was very enlightening for my family. My tough teenage son was almost in tears when we were stopped and he saw an infant girl waving at him and trying to share her drink (the hospitality and generosity of our Mexican friends is amazing). We arrived at a mountain ranch where we spent an hour and a half enjoying the natural pools, sipping terrific fruit smoothies (there were beers and harder drinks available too) and a delicious meal (not included in cost of adventure but reasonable for the quality and quantity of food). Then we rode back to the Xiutla shop. My kids said it was one of the most fun things we’ve ever done as a family and we do a fair bit of adventuring and fun activities. My barometer is always if it holds my teenagers’ attention, they think it’s cool and they haven’t touched their phones or other devices for a few hours, then it’s an unmitigated success. Thank you Tina and Xiutla! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a cool adventure for a fraction of what some other activities cost.
