Our private tour to Los Arcos through Estigo Tours was terrific. Chema, our guide, and Manuel, our captain, were both friendly, interesting, and accommodating. Everything about the trip was first rate. The day was fun, relaxing, interesting for the adults and the teens as well.

Nice day visiting Las Animas, but snorkeling was a bust

We had a very nice day on our boat tour. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our time on Las Animas. The only downside was the snorkeling. That was the main reason I booked the tour, but the water was super murky and no one in group saw a single fish.

My adult daughter and I went on this day trip with Chema and Manuel. We had a great day on the water. The snorkeling was OK (clarity wasn't great) but we did see fish. Enjoying the beautiful beaches from the boat, stopping at Los Animas for beach and lunch was great - freshly caught red snapper grilled on an open fire - amazing!! Thanks Chema and Manuel for a great day

Our guide gave us a memorably and fun day of boating, snorkeling and tour the coast from Puerto Vallarta to the Arches and then to Las Animas beach where we had a great lunch at the Conos seafood restaurant. And then back by 1pm. We squeezed in a few minutes of whale watching also once we spotted a pod.

This was a fantastic excursion. Alexis, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The snorkeling was so fun and lots of beautiful fish. The highlights were Los Condos, where we are lunch, and Alexis taking us out to scout humpback whales. It was an amazing day for the entire family. Thank you for helping us create lasting family memories.

Amazing Private Snorkeling & Beach (& Waterfall) Tour

Our family had a private tour that was amazing. The boat ride to Los Arcos and then to Yelepa was great. Both Chema and Carlos, our boat captain, were amazing! We had a basic schedule but since it was private, they allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted with each activity. We had a great experience snorkeling and then we went on to Yelepa. It was a short hike to the waterfall and it really was a dream come true. Our family absolutely loved swimming under the waterfall. We loved the background and history that Chema was able to share with us. After we finished at the waterfall, we had a great meal back on the beach. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Chema and Jonathan were the perfect tour guides and our family had so much fun! Since it was April and the water was still a wee bit cold, we didn’t get to see any fish at Los Arcos but the boat ride and the snorkeling experience was fun nevertheless. The equipment was clean. Jonathan let my 9 year old daughter and I take our time to jump into the water and also guided us through. Las Animas is a hidden gem and the food at Los Conos was fantastic. My husband says the grilled octopus he had was the freshest he had during our PVR trip. This was truly a private tour because it was only our family of three all along the tour and they let us take our time snorkeling, having lunch and enjoying some time at the Las Animas beach spotting jellyfish and even a pet iguana.

The 4 hour trip to Los Arcos was great, guide was wonderful and knowledgeable. We saw a ton of different fish. Beach area we went to for lunch was very relaxing and the food was amazing. Would book this trip again!

We stayed in PV for 6 days and this was my favorite day of our vacation. Our hosts were so much fun and so knowledgeable about the history of Los Arcos. The snorkeling was amazing and the trip to the secluded beach was so beautiful. The food, drinks and service at Los Conos restaurant was also beyond compare..we will come back and do this again and again!! Highly highly recommend :)

This was such an awesome, quick day trip! We loved not being herded like cattle on and off like you have on the larger boats and for the same price! We didn't get to see as many fish as we would have liked, but we understand it is the rainy season, so we already had that expectation, and that obviously has nothing to do with the actual tour. Waldo was so amazing and helpful. He also took SO MANY photos for us, so we had a ton to pick from! He was helpful in answering all our questions, listening to our crazy music, and teaching us random words in Spanish! We would without a doubt recommend this tour, or any other tours with this group!
