So much for the Luxury...

We had 4 adults w/luggage so decided to book the luxury private VIP transportation to the hotel. When we got out to the Grayline agents they told us to wait as there were many people in front of us...not sure why we had to put in flight info to give a time for reservations since they didn't mean anything, we were just names on a list. After we tried several times to get an ETA on our ride they eventually asked us if we wouldn't mind taking a van since we had already waited for 30 mins at this point, we just wanted to get to the hotel, so, we took the not so luxurious van, but it was just the 4 of us, so, it was private. On the return trip from hotel to airport we took a cab which was the exact same model van that we had on the way to the hotel and it was about 70% less than the ride from airport. So, in the future I will just grab a taxi van at the airport and save $$$.

Great experience! Our flight from Dallas to Puerto Vallarta was delayed an hour so I was nervous. But they were monitoring our flight and were there, easy to find and had a sign with our name on it. The driver was kind, courteous and got us to our resort (Dreams Vallarta Bay) quickly and safely. Will definitely use again. Thank you Gray Line!!

The driver was not there waiting for me. When I arrive Gray line added more charges before they even got me a vehicle. They made me pay right there but my driver said the original price I paid with Viator was correct. Viator customer service booked my reservation and I was on the phone with them for like 3 hours. There is no way I should went through that. Want a refund please.

We walked out to the Grey line group and were immediately ushered to our driver and car. The large SUV was very nice and clean. The driver was polite and personable. Would definitely recommend!
