Highly recommended, when you arrive in PVR, go past "the pit" and walk outside, you'll see them wearing a blue shirt. I was in and out of the airport in less than 2 minutes. My driver was professional and even gave tips on where to go around the city. I highly recommend this if you have a large group or a lot of luggage, otherwise you can use Uber, but that's across the street from the Airport.

did not like puerto vallarta

be sure the zone of your hotel. that charge you depending on the zone its licated, but viator should know this when you book transportation. i was in zone 2 and reservation said zone 1. almost mistaken by zone 5 wich is very far and more expensive. we ended up paying a little more anyways. be careful in puerto vallarta, they lied to you a lot to get u into spend or buy more stuff.

No buss, put us in cab, seems very disorganized. No return trip confirmed after i called Viator and Greyline both said i was confirmed. Called multiple times o Mexico, horrible experience. Canceling , will not use you for transportation again.

Overprice shuttle service . Charged us $48 dollars . When others charged $30.00 other than that. Puerto /Nuevo Vallarta is beautiful . I would come back again. But I would used a taxi instead of a online shuttle service

Extremely friendly driver gave us good info about the area. When you get through immigration and customs, just walk out of the airport. Keep going. There is a table near the end of the sidewalk in the taxi area. It is well marked with flags. The staff speak many languages and are very formal.
