Like all the other airports in Mexico you have to wade through the sea of timeshare sales/taxi folks. Once outside turn left and down a bit is the Gray Line table. Jesus (Gray Line employee not to be confused with the son of God) helped us out, wonderful person spoke perfect English and was very helpful. Took our luggage and directed us to a very clean vehicle. Off we went to our destination without delay. Great experience!!!!!

Booked transfer from airport to and from hotel - not exactly what I expected. Although the taxis's were fine, really all that Viator did was walk us to the head of the cab line at the airport and pay the driver - likely keeping a significant fee for Gray Line. I have been to PV numerous times always walked across the street from airport and got a cab - due to safety concerns went with the pre-booked transfers. Not really a complaint - just saying could have taken a cab myself, as I always have. Customers should understand what exactly the booking includes.

The airport taxi area was total chaos. The representative met us and did a great job getting us to a car. First time here and did not understand the process. Once we got to a car only after 15 min we understood how it worked. They put us to the side and said wait here. He went ant waited in line in the sun for us. When got to the front of the line he waved us over. Great job greyline and viator

We received no written time as far as our pick up time instructions (the guy just left it blank). We had agreed verbally on 11:40. I was informed at 11:30 by the hotel when I was waiting curbside that they had already came and left. No one called or attempted to contact us. Take a cab instead, this isn’t reliable.

Scam - Just trying to sell you tours, then switch & Bait

First, don't waste your money - you can find much cheaper transportation at the airport or your hotel/resort. I booked roundtrip for five people; once picked up I was told that I would have to meet a Grey Line rep at my resort the next day to get our "voucher" for the return trip. The bottom line is they attempt to force you to meet with their "rep" in order to sell you tours - as "Marino" the Grey Line rep text me "my recommendation, don't take a time share presentation tomorrow, believe me is not 90 min... it's about 6 to 8 hours hard presion presentation and many times they don't give the gifts".... and if I wanted tour discounts to talk to him. When I let him know that I wasn't interested in buying tours from him I did not hear back from him - even though Marino pressed me hard before that I had to have the voucher for my return trip. My resort was nice enough to call Grey Line for me the day before our departure and arrangement our transportation (since I did not hear back from the company or Marino), but when they showed up (for 5 people) - they had a small sedan which the Grey Line rep (a very unprofessional female) tried to stuff our bags into the truck of this little older sedan. When I expressed my displeasure, she rolled her eyes at me and started talking ugly about me to the bell-boy (I guess she didn't think I could understand Spanish). DO NOT OVERPAY FOR THIS SERVICE - this isn't even a separate line, they just coordinate travel with the local taxis or resort transportation. NOT WORTH IT and they will leave you stranded unless you press them to fulfill their service.

I don’t know why a company offers email for communication and doesn’t use it. I left several messages to confirm my reservation and ask questions prior to my trip and never got a single response. I ended up calling internationally to get my answers.very frustrating. Employees were very nice and we were satisfied with the transport itself.
