Operating Schedule: The tour begins at its official stop in Marina Vallarta or on the Malecón next to the Caballo de Mar monument. Malecón 10:15, 12:15, 14:15 and 16:15. The schedules from Thursday to Sunday in Marina Vallarta 09:15, 10:15, 11:15, 13:15, 14:15 and 15:15, Malecon 10:15,11:15,12:15,14:15, 15;15 and 16:15 The concept is that you can go up and down as many times as you need, that is why you can use your bracelet from 09:00 am, which begins the 1st tour, until 20:00 pm, which ends the last exit In the city's Malecon, if you want to get on at one of our official stops, you must dial 3222938563 or 3221233703 to confirm the place and time. The complementary activities are the client's decision to take them, if they decide to take any of them our team will leave them at the place of the activity and they will be given the information that the bus will be back to continue with the tour. You can bring your bathing suit if you decide to stay on one of the beautiful beaches in the South.

Great way to start your trip/ Get an overview of PV

Really enjoyed this experience. I recommend riding all the way to the end, having lunch at Plata Mismaloya then hopping back on and off as desired on the way back. That way you get a great overview of the city. I did it at the end of my trip, wish I’d done it first. The guides were very nice and helpful. Oskar was sure to give precise times to return to the bus (two hours between drop off and pick up in the same spot on weekdays, btw!) He took my phone number to make sure I would get back on in time. He was also great about helping me practice and improve my Spanish along the way! There are a few quick stops. Half hour to see the Malecon (Beachside promenade) and ten min each for a vista and souvenir shopping. Definitely go back to the Malicon at night. Amazing people watching, night market, street food, and dancing at the town square/gazebo! Downsides: The bus isn’t exactly new and the recordings about locations and history weren’t that exciting or easy to hear, I but didn’t really care or think it like that kind of tour. Ride on top if at all possible. It’s cooler once you start moving. Wear lots of sunscreen and a hat with a chinstrap. They provide cold water or beer and even a quick shot of tequila. :)

Information given on sites good. Beer nice and cold. Saw what we wanted to see and learn about the area. Negative: bus was hot- sat downstairs and a/c was not cool enough; also couldn’t see out the windows well as was a black mesh covering them. Tour Was a little long. Didn’t need to do chocolate factory although bathroom stop there was good.

We were on the last bus of the day and started in Mismaloya. It would be best to take the earliest bus for sure and then you have more time at the stops, especially the Marina and the Malecon. It’s an enjoyable trip, traffic is a bit of a pain leaving the main area but it was worth the money for the fun of it. Watch your head on the low branches hahaha

A good see the area tour

This is a good low cost tour if you’re not familiar with the area. You can hop off and on and go revisit areas as long as the buses are still running. I recommend going to the end, then decide where to go next. The end is a nice beach, bring a backpack and gear to hang.

It was good overall. But the city should cut the trees. I’ve been hurt by a tree branch . It was a terrible experience, after 4 days my face still swelling. I have two scars in my face . I understand it is not the company fault .

I loved this option for a city tour. The flexibility of getting off where you want it and take as much time to explore and hon on the next bus at your own convenience was great for us. We loved it, especially being able to enjoy the scenery from top of the bus. Looking forward to do it again. Oscar and Francisco were very nice, friendly and courteous.

We did the Malecon route. No clear established times & didn’t run frequently enough. Learned very little about Puerto Vallarta; except when hotels were built. Saw very little of the city. There were only three “stops” of no interest besides resorts & a souvenir stand. How would you spend 1-2 hours there? (That’s how frequently the busses came through) No one could get off at the second stop because there was nowhere for the bus to park. The English audio is fine so long as people are quiet enough for you to hear it. We did receive water, beer & tequila shots which was its only redeeming quality. Worst informational/geographic Hop-on-off I’ve done.

Good tour to take to get to know Puerto Vallarta but different from many hop on hop off buses. There are long stretches of the tour where the bus winds through a beach side road and the way back north is the same as the way down south. They did have water and beer with the price as well as a visit to a touristy overpriced chocolatier. Overall, enjoyed the tour.

Our tour was enjoyable, a nice drive down coast with a few stops along the way. We stayed on bus until the return trip and got off at the Malecon/ Centro stop. We stayed for 2 hours, which was the time between buses, and had a very nice lunch and a little shopping. The bus was right on schedule and we had a short ride back to Puerto Magico which was our stop right by the cruise terminal. The tour guide and bus driver were very nice and the guide made sure we were accommodated. This is a good value for what you get.

I had friends visiting from Canada and I was looking for an economical easy tour. This was perfect. We even decided the night before and easily booked this tour on this site that quickly, easy peasy. And it was the best price I had seen. $400 pesos you can't go wrong. Many stops to chose from that you can either stay for 10 minutes or stay until the next bus. And very attentive, friendly and personable guides on each bus that explain everything. And the best part is your view from the top deck, it is great. A few reviews complained that they could not hear the tour narratives on the speakers but we had no problems. We started at the PV Marina at Star Bucks at 9:25 Am. Go early and walk the Marina and even enjoy breakfast before your tour. Or return to this destination and do the same but have dinner. When you are done the tour ask and they will drop you off along the tour route at a pedestrian safe stop. I say safe due to the likely high traffic and hustle and bustle of the main road. All in all we were very happy with this casual feeling tour. And when the next friend comes to visit again I will do the tour again as it gives a great birdseye view of much of PV. The South Coast is beautiful.
