Frank, our tour guide was the best! We had a great group. The Hacienda is beautiful. All the vegetation is green and lush. This is a must if you travel to Punta Cana. Our lunch was so good. Boogies were so much fun, the horses were so cool. I like that they take action pictures for you. 10 stars all around

Horrific.

We need a full refund. We asked five times if our 3 year old could take part and the answer was yes. When we got there they said no. This place was deplorable, disgusting and poverty stricken.

Overall it was pretty good but not my best experience. The zip lining and buggies were pretty good. The horse back riding was uncomfortable. The horses were fairly wild (pushing, shoving, biting eat other, one guy even got knocked off). The horses were pretty small so be weary if you’re overweight.

Zip line was great, but the buggies weren’t working so for a few they would stop us in the heat while they fixed them…would of probably been fun if they had better vehicles. Horse back riding was good. But picking up and dropping off too long…would recommend a taxi after the activity.

My friends and I booked this excursion weeks in advance of our trip. We were not given a pickup time, at all. I tried contacting the company and could not get through to anyone on the phone. we constantly checked our emails for an update and did not receive an email about the pickup time or drop-off time. I was awoken by the tour guide call at 7:30am on that Friday morning and by that time it was too late and we had missed our opportunity to participate in the excursion

The staff were great and the zipline ans horse ride were a good experience but the buggies were horrible. About 3 people broke down and the buggies wouldn't go up the hills, we had to push the buggies up the hills.

We were picked up at our resort right on time by our driver Christian and our guide for the day Dutch. On the way Dutch gave us all the info we needed for our day. They even offered to stop so we could grab some food if we had missed breakfast. When we arrived at Tuko we met with the other guides for our individual adventures. The buggies were very primitive but we had a blast. The horseback riding was very relaxing and we got to learn about local culture on the way. The zip line was the best for us. They were super accommodating with all of us but especially for my youngest daughter who didn’t weigh enough to zip by herself. If we are ever back in DR we will book again and we will recommend this excursion to all our friends who visit the island.

Zip line was amazing! Such beautiful views!. Dune buggies were so much fun! I'm not much of a horse back riding fan but it was still fun. Lunch was great and then we got to go to a beautiful beach afterwards. The only thing that wasn't good was it ran on a lot longer than we expected and we almost missed our dinner reservations. The guide, Frank, waited outside a resort with another passenger for about 40 minutes while the husband ran to the room to get him a tip. We kept asking him to leave. Then on the way to our resort he and the driver talked smack about us in Spanish saying we acted like we would die if we didn't get back. They didn't realize we understood them.

They activities were fine and it was well organized. The buggies were loud and would recommend ear plugs, bandanna, and old clothes and shoes. From start to finish it was a 9 hour trip so expect time from the hotel to the ranch.

We had a great time on this excursion. The tour guide Dutch was great and the driver Marty. We enjoyed the Zipline, horseback riding and buggy cars. I wish they would have given us information about tipping at the end, I would have made provision. My only complaint is that the van needed brake pads.

Let me start off by saying that Fran was great. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the horse riding and zip line. The zip line was fun but there were no views so wouldn’t call it great. Those two alone would have ranked a 3.5 stars from me. However, the buggies ruined this experience for us. The buggies break down every 2 minutes (no joke). We had to change buggies 3 times. Everytime one breaks in front of you, you can’t pass them and have to wait while the others in front keep going. You spend more time waiting than driving. I would never recommend it to someone for that reason. It totally ruined our experience. If it was the main part of our trip, it would have ruined our trip. Beware of the buggies. If you are booking for that reason, look somewhere else.

Great experience ziplining, riding horses and buggies. For the most part everyone had an enjoyable time. A major suggestion is to upgrade the dune buggies. Two of the seven couples had problems with the vehicles stalling and the gas fumes were horrible.
