Be careful and not me even though it says round trip and they asked for all your returning information, this is a one way fee and you have to pay and book again. Not sure if y’all vans are the same but ours was old and it was not easy to find them at the airport. There was no person waiting with our name like they stated.

The van was and comfortable and driver was great, very kind ! On the other hand when leaving airport and meeting up with Representatives to get transportation to resort we were first couple to arrival any was took 7 minutes for driver. Offer water and beer at cost declined and watched others come along and was offered same they brought items and when vans pulled up we were ignored and watched other people get into 3 vans before we spoked up and was waiting for 30 minutes then. I took her that I have worked in customer service for 30 years and you don't treat people like this after 6-8 hours flights. This my first time using this company and I hate to give a bad review just because of someone who didn't valve the customer's time and patience.

Safe and quick transfer in Punta Cana to and from the airport

Booked airport transfer from a resort in Bavaro to the airport. This time the driver showed up early and there were no stress this morning to the airport compared to when we arrived and no driver was at the airport. Decided to book again with VIAtor since we coudnt trust the price given by Melia Punta Cana resort. All of a sudden additional 8 % charges are added when you pay with creditcard. Prepaid service with viator is safe.
