The lagoon stop was remarkably beautiful! The island is a highlight for DR experience. Photo packages are absurdly expensive! Take your own waterproof camera! Book the longest day trip there possible, it went by way too fast! The speed boat trip was a thrill ride, but my favorite was the catamaran back. My preference would be catamaran both ways with more guide info and culture info.

Everything was perfect just the photographer they are crazy with their prices and they want you to pay almost by obligation they want you to pay the 3time of the trip fare I Told him many times no for the prices and he was trying to convince my girl thinking that my girl gonna let me be that stupid to pay the crazy rate they want

It was a great tour, I really enjoyed the all day, good communication from the tour guide, just be careful don’t get scammed by the photographer taking photo of you without asking him the price first. For 15 photo I had to pay $80 as he was saying that was a minimum I could get (15photo) which at the end he just airdropped on my phone. Overall we had a good day.

The trip is good. Last driver is very bad. He notthere when he drove. Very scary. I think he smoke something and he put music so loud. Every one on the Van very upset

A perfect day trip out. The island and natural swimming pool are divine and a must see. The buffet lunch was simple but adequate. The free drinks are nice as they start within about 10 minutes of leaving the harbour until you return. The staff are all very friendly and do their best to keep things lively and entertaining.

Took 5 hours changed 4 different times. We left our hotel at 7:30 got to the natural pool at 12 Half an hour there Left for Saona - 3 hours there Over there women chase you for massage We said yes she promised to do it for 40 usd Then changed it to 70 When it came to paying 25 usd more Food was yuck Forks were dirty Very disappointing

The tour guide Alex was very knowledgeable and made the experience good. The problem I had with the trip is the logistics and food. The transfer on our way back was ridiculously long and stressful and we were in the rain waiting for the bus. Spending the whole day for a trip is ridiculous. The food was also not good. I couldn't even eat my mine. It was tasteless and also you might wanna add some hot sauce cause that food almaot made me throw up

Our experience was great. Pick up was on time. It rained on our tour but still have the greatest time. I give Alex 100% as the best tour guide. Thank you Alex for everything and for the little history of the Sugar Cane in Dominican Republic at the end of the tour. I recommend this tour 100%

Beautiful island poor tour operator

Out of the 9 hours that the tour lasted 6 were in transportation because very poor logistics. The crew very informal and using vulgar language which was inappropriate. They were revving the engines of the boat with people standing in front of it. My husband and I ended up with bronchitis after inhaling all the exhaust fumes from the engines and had to go to emergency room as soon as we were back in the US. The tour guide was trying to guilt trip people with comments like for the cheap money you paid for this tour you should not be complaining about anything. This is not a cheap tour. The level of solicitation in the island when you get there is at a harassing level. The island is beautiful not sure that we would do it again. Definitely not with this tour operator.
