The day at the Scape Park was fun and very informative. Our group loved the zip lining and the Cave Pool was another highlight of our visit. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I had so much fun, there was so much to see and do, staff was super friendly and kind, one thing bring your own locks from home for the locker because they charge you $5 for one which is yours when your done. So just bring one from home am sure it will be cheaper!!! Also the attractions are not with groups you can choose to do whatever you want whenever you want!!!!

It’s start it great with pick up at our hotel it was excellent. Than the chaos start it we got dropped off. Literally speaking more than 80 people. No guidance I never expected to wait o er 45 minutes to get tickets. When we currently had vouchers. There system was horrible. There customer service very questionable. No trading what so ever you looked to the left and right and people where upset. The cost does not justify what you saw. Nothing compares to other parks around the world. Than they charge you $5 for a lock but nowhere they specify when you purchase ticket that you are going to need one. The worst part we got to the park almost 10 am - parks open at 9am we enter the park at 11am to than leave by 5. That’s a robbery of your money. Park is not worth it. They have some activities closed. And some open activities where close because employees where eating and taking brakes l. When park is open for such a short period of time.

Went with my 9-year-old daughter and we had an amazing time. Zip lines were great fun but the Hoyo Azul was out of this world. We loved every minute of the day. There is quite a bit of walking between attractions, but they are all worth it. Stunning location! I would highly recommend this day out.

Missed the complete excursion both days because as high you pay for this if you are staying in an Airbnb just pray it's close to one the locations they offer. They will not pick you up. Don't even mention returns even when the driver doesn't show up horrible with giving information. IDK if just in DR. But much rather go with someone who actually picks you up if they charge you for it as well.

Fun but long day

The park had tons of activities to do which was fun but it was a LOT of walking in the scorching sun. The water activities were a great relief from the heat. Some activities like Hoyo Azul & Cave Swim got crowded quickly. The zipline was a workout to get to the next point.

Absolutely EPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had so much fun with cave swim, zip-lining 7 different levels! Never THOUGHT i WOULD ever do it. But I did it, under the encouragement of other tourists and those wonderful guys who worked at the zip-lining places. Highly recommended if you go to Punta Cana!

The negative reviews that we read about the park were completely false! We had an amazing time at the Scape Park! The entry process was very smooth and they had 3 or 4 windows open. The zipline experience was incredible! The views from each line were awesome! You do have to climb a little but that only adds to the great experience! We had a blast with all of the water attractions! They provided us an opportunity to cool off from the heat. Overall, this was an awesome excursion for our trip! Thank you Scape Park!

Long waits/not worth it

Firstly, the check in line was ridiculously long. It took 35-45 mins to check in and get a wrist band. Awful. Secondly, ⅓ of the lockers are broken so it takes a long time to find one that isn’t broken. Thirdly, the line to get a smelly helmet and harness was short but the workers moved with no sense of urgency so us guests were just waiting for 30 mins for no reason. Once you start zip lining it was quick and on to the next zip line. The workers aren’t at all friendly either. When we got to the last zip line we waited 45mins to an hour to go down. Not sure why but this ruined the whole experience for me. Also, the walk to the Hoyo Azul was excessive. Because of the long wait times, we were not able to enjoy anything else before we had to leave for the catamaran. The catamaran was the only thing we were able to enjoy so I’m giving it one star! I would recommend an excursion that was only the catamaran and not the scape park. Hopefully they’ll do better for future guests.

This was an awesome way to end our trip to Punta Cana!! There were a lot of things to do for everyone like swimming under waterfalls, zip lining, jumping and swimming in caves and hammock zip lines! We booked this last minute and we are so happy we did! There is a lot of walking, but it is worth it!

Scape park was fun! We got picked up on time in a conditioned bus when we got there we got our wrist bands and looked at the map, I recommend bringing water, sunscreen, water shoes and athletic shoes! We did everything and it definitely took the whole 5 hours unless you are some active junky you can not do all those activities back to back we took 15-30 min breaks in between each one so leaving at 4-5 is perfect. For the ziplinning please be aware they don’t have water stations ! Which is so crazy because you will be in for a workout of your life if you have health conditions or are older I wouldn’t recommend doing the ziplinning! Because they don’t have water stations and you will be doing a lot of climbing walking up steps etc. Overall I had so much fun I faced my height fear if ziplinning, water fun and outdoorsy things are for you, you will love it here!

This place was awesome! If your family likes outdoor adventures, you can’t miss this! We went from the blue hole where you can jump off a platform (Hoyo Azul), to zip lining, to a cave swim, to water zip lines, water drops, and hammock zip lining, to a cave exploration, back to the blue hole. It was a lot of walking but if you are used to amusement park walking(Disney walking), it wasn’t bad. My kids 12, 10, and 7 all had a blast. It was the entire families favorite day while vacationing on Punta Cana. Our resort tried to sell us a different excursion to fun park, saying scape park wasn’t for kids, and boy were they wrong!! So glad we didn’t switch! We were nervous after reading some of the reviews that there wasn’t enough to do and too much time, but we filled every minute and at times were hustling to get to activities. It was so easy to fill the day! I will say if you hate walking or don’t like outdoor activities, this wouldn’t be for you, but if you like those activities, it’s a must to visit!
