Cinzia was very knowledgeable about all of the mosaics and Ravenna in general. Her English is great and she is very personable. I highly recommend her and this tour, My only disappointment was we paid for a private tour and found another couple would be with us too. Why call it a private tour if there is another couple you don't know?
