Mosaic art in Ravenna

Ciara was so amazing. We got so much more context on the mosaics than we would have if we had not had a tour guide. Ciara answered all of our questions and we really dove into all of the history and processes for mosaic artistry.

This tour was the best possible way to spend our afternoon in Ravenna. I guide, Sylvia, was full of great details and stories, with a great sense of humor. We would not have known the details of the stories in the mosaics without her interpretation.
