Be careful, it does not tell you on the printed Viator voucher that pick up starts 30mins before time requested.

We stayed in the downtown Reykjavik area and due to COVID restrictions, shuttle can only pick up passengers at specific bus stop.

We reserved the pick up for 7:30 AM, then received an email saying we needed to be at the stop thirty minutes before our pickup time.

I was glad to have someone drive who was good at navigating the streets of Reykjavík. He was on time, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to friends flying into or out of the country.

We weren’t collected so had to get a taxi . We went to the collection point at 4.50 and no coach arrived . As it got later we had to order an expensive taxi. When I emailed and asked for a refund they said a coach came at 5 but I was there. I feel we should at least get half of the cost refunded.

Meeting time was not accurately communicated. We were told to meet at a certain location and told pick up time. I reached out about an hour before pick up time to confirm everything and only got a response after they left the pick up location. Luckily, we were able to take a cab to the last pick up location to make the bus

Good price, shuttle driver was clear who he needed on the shuttle when he arrived, good service in transfer to main bus station then airport. There are a lot of shuttles which pick up from bus stops around the city, would be helpful if the booking specified to look for a shuttle with the Greyline blue logo. Shuttle was also 10 mins late to the bus stop.

Email said pick up at 6am from the hotel driver turned up at 5:30 and when we wasn’t there he was extremely rude we then was transferred to a another bus where a customer was 1 minutes late the bus driver refused to wait a second longer and drove off to the airport

Bus was comfortable and got me to where I needed to be but the pick up process is a bit confusing and it's hard to determine if you're getting on the right bus. Make sure you have your ticket out and show it to the driver to make sure you get on the right bus.

Altered Bus pickup schedule caused minor problems

This is the cheapest way for 2 people to get to the airport as it is approx 40km from Reykjavik and taxis are very expensive. The pickup takes passengers to a "Bus Hostel" at which all passengers change to a larger bus (so you have to move your luggage yourself). The airport drop-off location is approx 100m from the airport terminal doors. The schedule has recently changed so we had to be ready 30 mins earlier (3.30am) but the smaller pickup bus was late. The schedule is now supposed to be every hour on the hour?

We booked this as an easy transfer from Reykjavik to KEF airport. We booked it for 8 o’clock in the morning and when we arrived 7:53 it wasn’t there. We called gray line who told us we had to be there 7:30 and the bus had therefore already left. This information was nowhere to be found on viator website, email or description of the booking. No message, no refund, no help at all. We would have missed our flight if we didn’t take matter into our own hands and I would recommend just getting another transfer service.

Terrible service - I would not recommend. The initial shuttle almost left without us, even though we arrived at the pickup point 30 minutes early. Then when we got to the bus terminal, the airport bus was late and overbooked. There was no capacity for our luggage. We would not recommend if you are hoping to get to the airport timely and without stress.

Booked this service for a 1pm trip to the airport. Waited in the lobby of the hotel from 12 - 130, they never showed up. Called at 130, 145, 2pm, no reply. Tried mobile chat, no reply. Finally got the hotel receptionist to call, they were disconnected twice, finally talked to a very rude rep who said they missed the pick up and nothing more was available until 3pm, which would have caused us to miss our flight. As we were travelling in a foreign country, this was very stressful.
