All hotels and ports in Reykjavik, and Keflavik International Airport (Please kindly select option with transfer if you require this service) Please kindly inform pick up location if it is not in the list. Due to local regulations, certain hotels/guesthouse/apartments do not allow for lobby pick-up. Guests will have to go to the nearest bus stop for their pick-up. Please kindly note that pick-up from Keflavik International Airport starting from the 1st of June 2022 is only available at 07:30, 09:30, 12:30 and 16:30. Also pick-up from Blue Lagoon to Keflavik International Airport starting from the 1st of June 2022 is only availabe for 12:00, 14:30 and 16:00.

  • We advise you to not bring jewlery in the lagoon as it might get damaged from the elevated mineral content.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

A must do experience if you are visiting Iceland

Our visit to the Blue Lagoon was an amazing experience! We got the premium package which included expedited entry, a robe, 3 different face masks and a drink. The locker rooms and showers are really nice and the lagoon is huge so it did not feel crowded even though there were a lot of people there. We had lunch in the restaurant after which was really good but high priced like a normal tourist area. One note: They have a luggage storage area so you can store your bags for reasonable fee (800 krona per bag) if you are coming or going to the airport!

Well worth the money. It’s an experience not to be missed. Although it is busy in the changing areas and showers, once in the relaxing misty waters outside, there is plenty of space to move around and it does not feel crowded. Relax on one of the seats in the water sipping a glass of fiz and enjoy the warmth around you. It’s crazy to think it was -11 outside but so cosy in the water, at first your cheeks and ears are cold but it soon passes. After showering your skin feels lovely and soft. Would recommend.

Would definitely recommend the optional transportation...Frederik was our driver and was awesome...very knowledgeable and friendly as well as engaging. Pickup and dropoff right from hotel lobby! The lagoon itself.. so relaxing and beautiful! Plenty of room, loved the masks and our drinks! Will definitely visit again on a return trip! A++ experience

Awesome way to begin our trip in Iceland

What a great way to start our weekend classic adventure! We did this right when we arrived. We weren’t going to be able to check in until 3’pm so we Dropped Our suitcases off and then went straight there. The Lava restaurant was outstanding after the flight and the lagoon soak and steam room.

Fantastic experience. Not too crowded and with great facilities. Recommend spending the extra on premium entry - you beat the queues, get a robe, drink and face masks (which are great) included. Also highly recommend booking the lava restaurant as part of your trip - we had a delicious meal, and as premium entry customers had a free glass of bubbly included at lunch.

We are senior citizens- To see my husband floating in a blue pool with a lava scrub mask on his face and a drink in his hand was priceless! He was hesitant to agree to this excursion at first because he does not like his bath very warm and has never had a facial mask before. But he truly warmed up (pun intended) to the idea. The water was comfortably warm although the temperature was not consistent with both cooler and hotter spots. The masks were delightful. We played around floating and teased each other about our facial masks. We laughed a lot. The day was very cold and a brisk wind blew across the pool areas but if you keep only your head above water the contrast between relaxing warmth and invigorating wind was pleasant. Transportation for this trip was timely.

All I can say is ‘wow’!!! The Blue Lagoon didn’t disappoint at all. The experience is not to be missed. The face masks and drinks bars were brilliant fun. The atmosphere was amazing and the changing rooms were beautifully clean and tidy. To top it all off we saw the Northern Lights as we were leaving. Memories to last a lifetime!!

The lagoon is great and worth the premium pass.. poor communication with transportation. They tell you SmartBus to Reykjavik. SmartBus doesn’t go there.. it’s other bus to city center then transfer to SmartBus..

Thank you for your feedback. As stated in the detailed information when tickets were sent, the Smart Bus is the one that handles only the pick-ups from Reykjavik to the Bus Terminal. From the Airport or Blue Lagoon you are supposed to be picked up by big buses. We are glad you had a great time at the Blue Lagoon and we are looking forward to welcome you again to Iceland.

The blue lagoon may be touristy but it’s a lovely experience. Definitely one not to be missed. Bus transfers were straightforward but you do have to change buses at the bus terminal.

Had an amazing time at the blue lagoon. An experience to remember. The weather conditions were terrible during the morning and as we pulled into the car park on the coach the rain stopped but the temperature was still -4, I was feeling a bit doubtful whether i'd picked the right trip. At the end of the afternoon I was so glad I had choose this experience, I had a wonderful time.

Blue lagoon was a wonderful relaxing experience! So beautiful! Get the optional transportation! We went out last day-they picked us up at hotel with our luggage and then took us to the airport! Slept like a baby on the plane!

Excellent experience, would definitely recommend. Face masks wete lovely and the refreshments were superb. Children go free also so my 11 year old was free of charge. Very spacious and warm water. Relaxing and therapeutic. Hair dryer available also.
