Good way to familiarize yourself with the city
Eileen_M, Mar 2023
Great way to familiarize yourself with the city. Good information provided. Easy to maneuver. Good bang for your buck!
Terrible, don’t waste your money
Amanda_L, Mar 2023
Well the bus never showed up, I waited through 2 pickup times and never once saw the bus. I asked the business by the stop and they said they hardly ever see the bus anymore
Bad attitude
Peter_B, Feb 2023
Surly drivers don't give ticket for voucher. One driver took a short cut so problem for anyone waiting. Such a contrast to other tour operators with welcoming drivers
Hop on , hop off

Driver was friendly and helpful it was a great way to see the city and with the QR timetable, we knew when to get back to our stop after viewing an attraction.
Top exclusive tour company

Daniel, the guide was a great part of our northern lights tour! Really took care of all of us and seemed to truly enjoy his job! Offered over and beyond what was needed to make our tour priceless. Thanks to this group and tour for its excellence.
Don’t Believe Bad Reviews

Was a bit worried booking after looking at some of the reviews but nothing negative to say Boarded at concert hall and driver was very polite giving headphones and a map on arrival Great way to get about and would suggest staying on for a circuit then hop on hop off Go early to make most of day as last bus not late Learned a few interesting facts on the trip Nice warm bus if it’s cold
Dreadful. Avoid.
Peter_C, Dec 2022
Dreadful. Avoid. Miserable, unhelpful drivers, unreliable service, audio guide was silent for much of the journey, had pan music playing for much of the journey and the small amount of commentary wasn't particularly interesting or insightful. In short, it was not much more than a local bus...but a less frequent, less reliable and much more expensive service.
Very disappointing
Lily_T, Dec 2022
Not much to share. The bus hardly showed up at all. We rode it just once and it didn't pick us up anywhere on the route at the designated times
Hop on hop off tour

Around Reykjavik

It was great being able to go around the city first, to see where everything was located and get a general feel. Driver was friendly, plenty of room up/down on the bus.

We took the tour Sunday, the first two drivers were great the third was not. He almost hit people, turned on a red light, stopped so hard everyone fell forward, the seats ahead of me I thought they broke their teeth as there are metal yellow bars lining. We needed stop 6 he was too busy talking to a lady, he pulled into the stop as we were getting up he pulled out that fast, we had to walk from stop 7 to 6. We walked back to our hotel from to 7 as we did not know the last pick up time from stop 7. We enjoyed seeing the city and the sites, loved the informational sessions with the ear buds. I love the hop on and off tours I do them in places they offer. My suggestion is longer hours as drive time takes up a lot of time. If you are able too sit on the top beautiful views. We enjoyed the sites
Good overview of the area
Shelia_W, Oct 2022
We always use hop-on-hop-off tours in a new city. It's a great way to get an overview of the area before heading out on foot. There is also useful information about the history of the area.
Great way to see the city...
John_M, Oct 2022
Great way to see the city and learn a bit of its history. We completed a full loop of the route first before deciding where to hop on and off.
Not worth the $$$$
Mara_P, Oct 2022
The Perlan was awesome, but the pick up times were far from that. In October is every 45 minutes but not so. Don’t know if there is only 1 bus working.
Iceland on a bus
Vanda_R, Oct 2022
Great way to see the city and to get off and explore the sights… we hit off at Perlan … what an experience well worth a look at the ice cane was Brillant
Convenient way to see Reykjavik
Sandra_D, Sep 2022
I read the reviews and was a bit skeptical about using the service, especially in rainy and windy weather. However we found the bus to come in a fairly timely manner every 30 minutes. We used it for 48 hours, and visited many of the stops on the route. We thought it was a very useful and convenient way to get around Reykjavík. I would highly recommend the Perlan center, for the ice cave & exhibits learned a lot about Iceland.

Interesting way to see the city. Wish the driver had offered the earplugs when we entered. Good way to see the city bad weather.
Great tour!
Sherrie_J, Sep 2022
Our tour guide Tina was amazing, very personable and knowledgeable. We went to five different restaurants and sampled a variety of food. It was all amazing. You will not be hungry at the end of the tour! I highly recommend this tour!!
Fun!
David_G, Aug 2022
Awesome way to get an introduction to Reykjavik! Easy to board and disembark because the drivers give you ample time.
Easy to Explore
Elizabeth_H, Aug 2022
We enjoyed being able to ride the entire route first and then decide where we wanted to go back to visit.
