The tour was excellent, coach was on time, the guide Hannes was Icelandic and was very informative and funny. The country is amazing .The highlights were the rock formations, geysers and the powerful waterfall. Loved it

Eugene, the driver, and Gary, the guide were efficient. The stops were a bit too long, but it was fine. The pickup and drop-off took place on time. For us, was from Bus Stop 14. We loved all the scenery and enjoyed the tour. We were picked up at 10:30 am and dropped off at 6:30 p.m.

We did the Golden circle tour and were treated to such beauty. The waterfalls, the volcano lake, the Continental divide and the geysers were stunning and so interesting; well worth the trip. Our guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant and while we traveled between places with a busload of people, we were able to meander ourselves and take pictures at our own pace. It as a fabulous day.

This was a wonderful adventure. We had a singing guide. Don't be late back to the bus or you get to sing for all waiting. GreT extra stop for a break and got to stand over a live volcanic crack. Each scheduled stop was amazing. The guide worked to minimize the crowds at each stop.

The tour was excellent. We had enough time for the different parts (the geyser, the crater etc) and the guide Brintis and the driver Tomic were very good. Very nice that the tour starts very near to the cruise ship and ends there as well.

Beautiful scenery. Well worth the price. Put on your walking shoes. There were long walks to a couple of waterfalls, but it was worth the effort.

We LOVED this tour. Our guide was absolutely amazing, he was fun and engaging and a wealth of information! He told us all about his experience moving to Iceland and the cultural quirks and other interesting things he’s learned. He was really funny too, kept things light and made 7 hours on the bus fly by! We were lucky enough to get great weather and our guide said it was one of the warmest days of the year. Because of that, we made a couple extra little stops (including ice cream made fresh at a cute dairy farm!) and we were able to enjoy every location and attraction. All 3 main events (waterfalls, geyser, and the national park) were incredible. We were able to see the geyser erupt several times and walk around to see the whole area including other geysers and hot springs. The waterfalls were stunning, and we were able to go up to the top and get truly amazing views. And the national park was so cool! Being able to walk between two tectonic plates and see the rift is an experience not to be missed. We really enjoyed this tour and it was only made better by our guide and driver. So happy we went!

A Perfect Sampler of Iceland’s Natural Treasures

Could I just give a shout out to our absolutely incredible guide, Beggi, and his driver extraordinaire, Eugene? They were wonderful. Eugene made the six hours on the bus very comfortable and relaxing, and he had no trouble at all navigating tight turns and around sheep on the road. Beggi, meanwhile, was a wealth of information. His historical and cultural knowledge truly enhanced the trip, especially for those who had no familiarity at all with Iceland. He was an expert when it came to tips and approaches to each site we visited. And did I mention his beautiful voice? We were all blown away by his singing! (If he doesn’t have a band of his own, he should do!) We were blessed with sun and warm (for Iceland) temperatures, which made it easier for us take the steeper paths and venture further. That’s definitely a plus for Thingvellir and Gullfoss, both of which are better explored in depth. Though we didn’t get a chance to get down to the valley floor at the former, mostly because we were too awestruck by the overlook, we could’ve easily stayed there another hour. The same was true of Geysir and Strokkur, since we wanted to see the latter erupt again and again. Frankly, I was gobsmacked by the reviews that mentioned how each stop was too long. I wonder if those individuals walked around, as we did. To really enjoy the Golden Circle (and, really, nature in general), one must get out on foot and not just look for the perfect Instagram photo.

What an AMAZING trip! Our tour guide and driver were friendly and humorous! The bus ride itself was comfortable and there were plenty of stops to use the restroom. The tour is a long day but it sure does not feel like it. There are a lot of step down the the waterfall but we'll worth the descent! My knees often hurt but seriously worth it to see the view! Make sure to have a light rai coat if you don't like getting drizzled on. We went in mid Ju e and the weather was perfect. I walked down and in a short sleeved shirt and pants. The geyser was amazing and erupts every 7-10 minutes but sometimes sooner! This trip was worth it for sure!

Highly recommend this tour. We had a scheduling problem the day before and customer service was exemplary in helping us out. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly - one of the best tour guides I've experienced. The bus and the drive were comfortable. We had a good amount of time at each stop and problems were handled professionally and quickly. Overall so glad we're took this tour.
