Hershey was a great guide. Friendly and very knowledgeable. He was very accommodating to everyone's needs and made the whole trip enjoyable.

Gullfoss was great but the rest was okay.

Went and saw the geysir, gullfoss and the tectonic plates. Was more driving than anything. The day dragged, but gulfoss was really cool, wish the tour allocated more time towards gullfoss than the other 2. After 30 mins at the geysir everything was seen that you could see and the remainder 45 was just a drag. Only got 45 minutes at gulfoss and didn't feel like it was enough. Stopped at the end to see the tectonic plates which was fine. Next time will go on my own. Would recommend going on your own instead of through a tour.

This was an excellent tour. Not too long or short. Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He truly enjoyed speaking about the sights and the science behind them.

Rigid reimbursement policy unreasonable

The time given for the tour was misleading and I booked it hoping to make it back in time for my evening flight - on the way, it occurred to me that the overall time might be longer than given and I wrote to Viator who indeed responded it was in fact going to be a little longer than written - I had to cancel because of that then - Viator then declined to reimburse me
